 + -1 moreWe used this company to clean a rental house for us once a month. We had great difficulty setting up a simple schedule with them, having to text them each month to individually set up a visit. Billing is prompt over the internet after the services were performed. EVERYTHING is over the internet or by text. It's very difficult to reach anyone by phone, nor were we successful in getting the service to call our rental home occupant to schedule service.

 + -1 moreMs. Langley told us that she did not feel comfortable cleaning the fine china and glass items. We appreciated her honesty! There was evidence of mice and roaches - that didn't stop them! Ms. Langley agreed to come back regularly so as to help us maintain the property. We are delighted with her service!
Description of Work: Ms. Langley & her assistant cleaned my grandmothers farmhouse after it had been unoccupied for over 2 yrs. They dusted/cleaned all the furniture, vacuum med the rugs, cleaned 2 bathrooms, & mopped the floors. They did a thorough job with enthusiasm & care.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do the general cleaning of our home. However, they came late and claimed to be finished in less than two hours! I questioned this before they left but they assured me they had done everything. It was after they left that I noticed they hadn't even picked up a plastic bag from the floor when vacuuming, nor from the dresser when supposedly dusting!! Their work has become less and less efficient and I will not be using them anymore!

Description of Work: Tina and her helper have been coming to our home every two weeks for a while now; The first time they came they did a more general cleaning but now they just have to vacuum, mop and dust so they are finished in two hours.; If I have any special things that need cleaning, they are very helpful and take care of this as well.

 + -1 moreThis lady responded to my phone call inviting her to come to our home and meet us and discuss our housekeeping needs, give us an estimate, etc. She was very nice over the phone and she sounded happy and willing to work with us. She made an appointment with me to interview and then to clean. She never showed up and never called. I even called her again thinking she couldn't find my house, but she still never returned my call or showed up. This is a terrible way to ruin her reputation, but since Angie's List was so prompt to help me find people, I thought it my responsibility to report what happened.

 + -1 moreThe gal did a fairly good job. What bothered me was that I had purchased the service at a discounted rate from Groupon and it was to cover 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming for the normal price of $75. When she called back to see if we wanted to continue the service, I asked her how much is the normal pricing. She said for what we did it would be $95! I told her that to clean one bathroom and one bedroom, living room and kitchen for $95 was too high and that no, we would not be continuing the service. I was shocked that she was saying this when it clearly listed on the Groupon for 3 bedroom, 2 baths, etc. it was normally $75, then turn around and want to charge $95. Ridiculous!
Description of Work: Cleaned Kitchen, 1 bath, 1 bedroom, living room by vacuuming, dusting and cleaning floors, bathroom fixtures.

Description of Work: I have been using this Cleaning Service Company for 1-year now. We own a vacation rental beach condo. Tenants check in/out Lot's of times during the year and can be on weekends also. The owner Tina, or her employees have not let us down at all. They are always there when we need them to service our condo no matter what day of the week it is. For anybody out there looking for house cleaning service: I strongly recommend this Company. They do good work, they can be trusted, pricing is reasonable, and they are very dependable. These qualities go a long way with me and I am sure it is something everyone looks for. Below is a Review I had filled out one year ago: Tina Langley is the owner of this Cleaning Service so I wanted to give recognition to her Company and her employees. We have a vacation rental beach condo at Corpus Christi Beach. People check in and out once or twice a week. About 3-months ago Tina and I came to an agreement that her Cleaning Company would take over in the cleaning of our vacation rental. So far this was the best thing I could have done.I have been very pleased with there Services. Tina makes sure our beach condo is always clean and ready for our next Tenant. Our Tenants fill out Reveiws on our advertisement at homeaway.com and others. There has been nothing but good things to say about our condo and again, for that I credit the services of TLC. I definetly recommend this Company to anyone that is looking for reliability, honesty, trust worthy at your place, and that takes pride in what they do!! That's TLC !!

They did an excellent job cleaning and I always felt comfortable with them being in our house even when were weren't there. They even did little extras that I didn't ask for (e.g. washing any dishes in the sink, picking up the toys in my son's room, etc.)

 + -1 moreThe ladies arrived right on time, and were professional and personable as they worked very efficiently. It had been about 2 months since the apartment (with 3 cats) had been cleaned, and they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I plan to use TLC on a regular basis.
Description of Work: In my 1 bedroon/1 bath apartment, the 2 ladies from TLC Cleaning dusted and vacuumed the entire apartment, mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors and cleaned all counter tops and porcelain fixtures. They left the apartment in spotless condition.

 + -1 moreI already told you that the cleaning was excellent from start to finish they did everything in housecleaning that was suppose to be done except they missed cleaning the hood over my range every time but that's no big deal I have nothing to complain about on the house keeping.
Description of Work: I had Tina 's company to clean 5 times, up to today the cleaning was great no complaints on the cleaning, but after the first 2 days, they were LATE EVERY TIME, first late day they were one hour 30 minutes late, I was supposed to have a standing appointment every 2 weeks at one o'clock, and all the next 4 appointment Tina's crew was anywhere from one hour forty five minutes to 2 and 1/2 hours late, Tina was always a no show, after telling in the beginning she would always be here on the job, but putting that to the side and getting back to always being late will today they did not show up at all and NO PHONE CALL to tell ME THEY WERE NOT COMING. So no I would not hire TINA and HER CREW EVER AGAIN, although the work they did was EXCELLENT, I just cant put up with all the lateness and the no show not even a phone call to let me know they were not coming.

UPDATE (07/02/2010) Forgot to mention that this lady charged me for the detergents that she used to clean my house! Quality of work? Average, no better than what we can do ourselves.
Description of Work: (06/30/2010) Everything was good until the service was performed. The lady's assistant was lazy. They both procrastinated willfully because they charged by time. They were slow. So be ready to pay more. I did not ask Tina to do anything in the closet and I closed the doors of the closets. But She must have entered the closet. Because we do not smoke and Tina is a heavy smoker, but the closet had a very strong smell of smoke after she had left. Did I lose anything? I need to find out later.

 + -1 moreWe were selling our house and were already out of state. Prospective buyers were turned off by the smoke smell. My husband and I both smoke. Tina knew exactly what was recommended to take care of it (my husband and I both did internet research) but, since we weren't there couldn't do anything. Tina did. She cleaned the walls with vinegar, water and baking soda and went out of her way to go to Wal-Mart and look at all products that would help. She even let a prospective buyer in to look at the property while she was there. The buyer loved the house and brought her realtor back. Tina may have sold our house for us!
Description of Work: Wiped down all the walls, cleaned the floors and all cabinetry.

 + -1 moreMy husband called her. She explained the services she offerred and then came over in a few days. She spent about 6 hours on this first visit because we were having company and it had been a long time since the house had been cleaned from top to bottom. The house was spotless! When she realized that it was going to be a long visit, she checked to make sure that would be OK. She is going to be coming back on a regular basis. She stays for a minimum of 3 hours typically ($20/hr). I would recommend her to anyone!!
Description of Work: She came the week that she was called and cleaned the house thoroughly from top to bottom. She cleaned the baseboards, tile, window sills, window blinds, soap dishes in the bathroom--EVERYTHING!!!!

 + -1 moreTina has been cleaning for me once a month for about six months now and I don't know what I would do without her. She is always happy, friendly and does so much more than I ask. Most recently she finished my laundry without me even asking, and to add to it, she even washed the comforter on my bed. There are very few people that go above and beyond anymore, and when it comes to having your home cleaned it really is awesome. I'm so happy with her my company just hire her to start cleaning at our office on a weekly basis.
Description of Work: Tina cleaned my house top to bottom. Bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, etc. from the baseboards to the ceiling fans and everything in between.

 + -1 more*Very important to me: she called the night before to confirm and showed up on time. She'll clean as much or as little as requested, which is nice if you're on a budget. Tina works by herself (presently), and keeps up a pretty good pace. I had her for 4 hours this time and she cleaned the main part of the house - living room, kitchen, dining room, and the baths. She did a great job on the tile. I think her price was competetive (3 hr minimum @20/hr) and she is flexible about visits. The only thing I would ask is that she goes over the counter tops once again before leaving to remove traces of what's left after cleaning other things. All in all, I'm satisfied and will most likely use her again.
Description of Work: Tina dusted, vacuumed, did the counters, cabinet doors, wood furniture, ceiling fans, and vents. She cleaned the main part of the house - living room, dining room, kitchen, and the bathrooms. She did a great job on the tile. She brings her own cleaning supplies unless you have something specific you want her to use instead.
