The salesman stood me up twice for appointments. First he said he flipped the page and forgot. The second time the lady that answered the phone told me he said he was tied up with a customer. I then spoke to the owner and reluctantly agreed to a third appointment. That's right, he didn't show up again but did send two young men to take measurements. Later he called to tell me that they would not be able to do the job because I have casement windows and they don't carry casement windows. He recommended we use another company. NEWS FLASH-- we don't have casement windows.

This turned out really well! The professionalism is outstanding as the results will prove. Starting with the seemingly simple measurements to the installation. We had our master bathroom totally gutted with a new shower design. The builder that installed the shower failed to make sure everything was square and plumb. When the glass initially showed up to be installed, the flaws showed up. Thurman Fondren installers had to remove the glass so that the tilers and the builders could correct the wall that was not square. The builders had to do that twice and finally got it right. As soon as the wall was correct and the tile was installed, Thurman Fondren was there to reinstall the glass. And is perfect! It makes the shower stand out. I would recommend them for a big job like this to anyone. They take the time to make sure that everything is right. And the results bare that out. With that said, I would be remiss in my evaluation if I failed to mention that it took longer from the time the measurements were taken to the time that the glass was ready for installation. Of course, I don't know if that was just guess work by the designer we used or the actual glass process. At any rate, I think that it is noteworthy to that it twice as long as what our designer suggested. She suggested two weeks, it was actually a month.

They showed up as scheduled and did a good job. They were very professional as well.

I called because I needed some house windows replaced, glass only. They don't make appointments over the phone. They said they would take my number and call me back when they had time to schedule an appointment with me and nobody ever called. Used Evins Glass instead and they were fabulous.

Excellent company with great people; a full product line that provides better choices depending on how much money you wish to spend. Pricing was in line with other products that were bid for the job. I would recommend them for glass work or windows without hesitation.
