Everything was done as agreed . Everyone was professional and courteous and respectful. Communication with customers service is very good.

Really wonderful and especially safe execution of the task. Very professional, Lead man was mindful of special instructions and requests. I got some firewood out of the deal! Haul off was exceptionally well done. Driveways and side walks cleared of saw dust etc. Would definitely hire again. My poor Spanish came in handy but wasn't necessary.

John REALLY knows his trees! I've found no one else I would trust to trim the trees at my home! Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, very profession!

Never showed up to do the job. John did not bother to contact me the day before the job to confirm. I called him at 8pm the night before and he said he was glad I called because they weren't going to be able to be there after all. Two weeks later we rescheduled again for a Saturday morning. He said he and his crew would be there by 11am. At 12:30 I called him. He asked that I call him later in one hour to determine when he and his crew could be there to do the job. I called back, and no answer so I left a voicemail. Never heard back from him. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save your time and money.

Showed up the next day after I called, did the work as expected. Good experience all the way around!

Contacted John and we met that same afternoon to go over specifics of what we wanted done, he gave his recommendations and estimate of the agreed upon work. Made an appt for services the following week to coordinate with City brush pickup. John and his crew showed up when promised and had job completed in a few hours. Trees look fantastic! Won't have any low hanging limbs for several years. Will definitely call him back when that time comes

I called and left a message. John called me back within an hour. We setup for him to come by on Monday 1/18/2016. He came by gave me a bid. I told him that to go ahead and schedule the job. He schedule it for 1/20/2016 for noon. The job was completed before I even got home. The trees looked great. I would definitively hire them again. They do great work!!

Everything went well. My tree was trimmed to my satisfaction and the cleanup afterwards was very good.

John came out on a Thursday and gave a $500 price to trim and haul off 2 trees. He said he would be back on Tuesday to perform the service. We waited over a week and he never came. Upon calling him we learned that he misplaced our information. He reduced the price $100 and came out the next day. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I will use him again.

Mr. Wood and his associate showed up exactly when they said they would. He assessed the situation on the ground, put in some ear plugs, and drove the stump grinder off the back of his trailer. When he noticed he was hitting foreign objects and not just wood, he asked me to move my truck and turned the machine parallel to the house so as to not damage any windows. I appreciated his attention and diligence. He was done in less than an hour. The large stump was reduced to a manageable pile of wood dust debris. I was very impressed with the results and the efficiency of his work. The price was really great, too. Once completed, he drove the machine back onto his trailer and then raked up the yard, even raking up some leaf debris from where I had been trimming the hedges before he arrived. If I need more arborist work done in the future, I will certainly consider contacting Mr. Wood again.

Fantastic work. John will do what he says or make it right. Helps make decisions as to how trees should be trimmed to make sure the trees stay healthy. Has the ability to get to the top of the highest trees, when others can't or won't. I've used him many times, and each time the job gets done right.

The owner was very prompt to come right over and give an estimate of the cost, which was reasonable. He set a date for doing the work and he brought a team of workers on the date and time that he promised. They completed the job in a very short time and cleaned up afterward. Everything was completed as expected. The owner is friendly and honest.

Tree was split by lightning Tuesday, half laying on the roof. We called Tuesday evening and he came right out to give us a bid. John was out there Wednesday afternoon with his crew to take it down. Everything was cleaned up and we were gratified with the prompt response and good service.

They arrived on time and carefully and methodically cut down a very large tree in our yard. Very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Thanks Tree Amigos!
