They were fantastic! Actually arrived early for the appointment. They went above and beyond just an annual tune up. They fixed a couple of other issues at no additional charge. Very honest and helpful.

The first time they were very punctual and very respectful. When they left the job the next day we noticed that that they had left 5 screws out of the system inside and outside they lost several screws. Also they never figured out what eas wrong with my system. They did replace a couple of components and were reasonable but they were supposed to call me back and never did. I did have to move their appointment time due other issues but they agreed to call and never did. Gordon talks a lot and is always selling you on how much he knows but in the end after 2 days of looking they could not figure out what was wrong.

Excellent all the way around. Thought we had dirty coils turned out to be a thermostat issue. Save us $! Very thorough checked everything. Great communication. On time and professional.

I needed both indoor and outdoor units replaced. I had done quite a bit of research on brands, size, cost, etc. prior to calling THAQ. They came out to inspect twice and I was given expert advice on which unit was best and why. I know how important proper installation is and these guys could not have been more professional. I’m going to recommend them to some of the other condo owners here who will soon need replacements as well. They were on time and did a great job at a fair price. Additionally, they are going to file the warrantee information for me to make sure everything is in order - I was impressed with everything about this company .

They did an outstanding job. They were on time. Very attentive to every detail and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. The crew was pleasant and polite, and they genuinely care about doing a good job. My electric bill went down substantially after they made the installation.

I was referred this place by a friend. My air conditioner was old and not working properly. I called and made an appointment for thaq to come out. They came and inspected everything and made recommendations. I got my quote and was able to upgrade my system with new merve 13 filtration and a dehumidifier. What was wonderful is I was able to finance it into a low monthly payment which took the stress off of having all the money up front. I'm so glad I went to these guys, I can really notice the difference in the quality of my air in the house. I just wish I would of done this sooner. I would definitely recommend these guys. The price was fair, The work was done professionally. The two guys that came were friendly and they didn't leave a huge mess when they were done, which I appreciated.

He did some extra work for me in fixing the Ac he went above and beyond. The service was great. It was fantastic.

He arrived, immediately took the fireplace apart, took the parts to his shop twice, made the repairs and brought them back the same day. It's worked ever since. He did an excellent job. I will recommend and use him,again.

Oscar Olivares with THAQ Heating & Cooling and his subcontractors worked very efficiently to install the unit around our schedule. He avoided bad weather in order to keep the house clean. Payment was made when the installation was completed. We definitely appreciated this, because we knew Oscar was an honest gentleman. We highly recommend THAQ Heat and Cool to anyone and everyone. On a score of 10, he deserves 10+!
