Description of Work: We were new in town and bought a home that needed major renovation. We were seeking bids and visited the Square Foot show room. We met a representative (rep) and were assured that the company could handle a big project. We scheduled a visit to the home for a bid. The rep arrived on time on the scheduled date. She spent a little time looking through the house, jotted only a few notes, and never took measurements until the very end of the visit. The measurements only consisted of a small area. | |She told us she would return the next day with her assistant to take measurements of the home and would submit a bid. She never called to cancel and/or follow up. To this day (February 19, 2016) we have never heard from the rep or anyone from her company. | |We eventually contracted with a local contractor and our home renovations are currently underway. We are very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, follow-up and response.
