Description of Work: Called twice. 1st time was told a tech would call back... did NOT happen, 2nd call was told the tech would arrive between 1-5pm.Wife stayed home all day, no call and Tech never came. Won't call a third time for any reason.

+ -1 moreI feel they gave me an honest assessment and the service charge to come out was reasonable. I would call them again.
Description of Work: Two repairmen showed up to check out my washing machine to find out why it wasn't working. They were very professional and polite. I believed the problem was in the switches. They tested everything and found that the problem was not in the switches but in the motor. I decided to just replace my machine. They were very helpful and agreed that it would be better than fixing the old machine.
