+ -1 moreTerrible, I called the day before thanksgiving, after 3 calls someone finally answered, he explained he had 2 more customer after finishing his current job. assured my he would call. I explained I had a house full of company, service ASAP would be appreciated. I used this company 1 yr ago to pump the tank. I left my phone number on message in addition to my short conversation. To this date 12/7/2021 I have yet to hear anything from this co. I will continue to seek other companies for any future need. Very disappointed!!!

Description of Work: Our son found Septic Pro Systems. They provided 2 estimates, one for a full septic system and another to extend an existing system drain field. They outlined the plan and layout of the property, obtained the necessary permits and installed the system without difficulty. Prior to extending the existing system, they identified that the quote of $1600 to add 200 feet to the existing system was under priced and they were going to have to increase the price by about $500.00 for a total of $2100.00 Due to the change in price, we were not able to have the extension added to the existing system at that time. I am currently looking into extending the existing system.
