 + 4 moreAlthough address is in Corpus, he works in Austin/Bastrop. Job was very sloppy - tiles badly cut, crooked, he gouged into the wall to get some of them to fit. Paint very badly done. Six months after work was done, tenants called with more problems with shower - glass block was filled with mold. Tito didn't use the correct sealant or mortar and the whole wall is ruined, in addition to the entire shower. The pipes he installed leaked and the wall behind the shower had to be taken out and plumber brought in to replace PVC with copper. Baseboards in adjoining bedroom have to be replaced because of same leak. Recommended not replacing shower pan. He brought his kids to work with him, not professionals, was always later than he said and NEVER apologized for keeping me waiting for hours (I was not living there and was very pregnant). He textured over wallpaper and the seams are visible beneath it. I have to have all the work redone! He works for a Realtor flipper in Bastrop - buyer beware!
Description of Work: I hired Tito at the recommendation of a friend to do some repairs on my former home that I was turning into a temporary rental. He was to remove wallpaper, texture and float, and paint the kitchen and two bathrooms. Also, remove a shower unit and create a new one with tile and a glass block wall between the shower and tub, and to install fixtures and pipes to make it all come together.
