+ 2 moreWhenever they showed up, worked hard, then gone.; Unorganized, cocky and thoroughly convinced he is the best and smartest. Wants purchaser to take his advice although Moreno doesn't really seem to know what he's talking about. Always wants a check. Left large trash pile in back yard after repeated requests to perform final clean up and removal (as was originally agreed to in bid). No problems nickel and dime the homeowner to death. Suggest reduce bid and price (all) on paper in very great detail. Bad experience, dead plants, planted new plants over sprinkler heads. Have requested / now demanded removal of (his) trash pile created during construction/work Never his fault!; Not responsible for things broken by him or his crew. In all fairness, yard was well cleaned each evening before crew departed. Guys on crew were very good, but dealing with owner was a joke. Owner was person most impressed with his "professional" services. Agreed on day one to haul off his trash, left us with large pile of material bags, plant containers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USE OF THIS SERVICE / COMPANY TO ANYONE. .
Description of Work: HIred as my landscaping "contractor" to remove rear yard weeds, plant 2 pallets of new St. Augutine (Floratam) grass, remove weeds in exisitng beds, suggest landscape layout new beds, add new dirt and mulch to all beds and add new plants.; Requested design suggestions and layout, my 11 yr. Old could have done better design.
