+ -1 moreI had a light fixture that fell from the ceiling on Christmas Eve. The fixture was heavy and the screws that held it in place were on a plastic ceiling mount. Day after Christmas, I had put out a few inquiries for replacing the ceiling mount and remounting the fixture. Roy was the only one that called back. He was at our home just a few hours later and took care of the fixture mount.
