Roto Rooter

I was very disappointed to find out that there is only a 3 yr guarantee on your work. I've had issue for years after the plumbing at my residence was replaced by your company. The job was financed and we just finished paying it off last year. We have had several companies come out to inspect the problematic area and have all came to the same conclusion that the fall was incorrect and or the beginning was substandard. So I'm asking to have you inspect your work still haven't had a response so I hired another company to dig up my yard again and found that they didn't remove the old plumbing they just crossed over the top of it that's why there was no fall oh and they also charged me $ 400 dollars to replace my water heater hoses. I wish I had never called them!

Angie's list referred me to Roto Rooter. I called and wanted information on pricing etc and was told a person named Jason would call me back.I had detailed info concerning my project. Several days passed so I called other local licensed plumbers and got info quickly. I hired one of those non-Angie's list plumbers to make the installation. It went smoothly. Roto Rooter never called, and lost the job. I will never call Roto Rooter again.

Turned out that clay pipe had broken & the whole line needed to be replaced; provided estimate immediately and applied cost of cleanout. Very professional and prompt. Finished quickly. They worked on the coldest days of the year! Would hire again!

The service adviser came out to check the drain and explain their services. There is a $99 two year agreement you can join where they do a full house review/check anything to do with the plumbing and drains. When you have services provided by them you, your family and friends get a 10% discount, which I signed up for because the house is a rental. Another worker then came out to clean a tub drain. They were not able to clear it at that time and needed to have a camera which they returned the next day and were able to clear the drain at that time, which was completed at the previously agreed upon amount of the $99 plus the $129 for drain clearing. A sink and cabinet were not in place at the time so they couldn't check to see how well it was draining. After the sink was replaced I had them come out to clear the sink which was $160 or so dollars. I'm not sure why the sink drain is more but it had to be done. There is a 3 month guarantee on those two drains so if it's anywhere near slow I will be having them return to get them in good shape again. Don't know if I will use them again as they are not the cheapest. But they were very timely and their office called every time 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. And they explained everything they were checking and whether any issues needed addressing in their inspection.
