Description of Work: I've tried several times to get a hold of this company recently, but no one has returned my call as of yet. The last time was I tried to establish contact was today, 04/02/18.

Description of Work: Called and left message. RG promptly returned my call and we set up a tentative appointment to met on Tuesday 2/25 at the job site. He never arrived. I called to set another appointment. He never returned that call or another. My original phone conversation with him was very favorable but I have never been able to establish contact with him again.

Description of Work: We met with the estimator... whom acted like he was the owner when talking with him in our home we thought he was. He was pleasant and nice and promised to get back to us with a starting date. | |We never heard back from him as he had promised ... |Ours was not a big money job just a few thousand. I guess not enough MONEY for them. | |Finally, as I kept calling and leaving messages... one day a man answered who identified himself as the owner of the company... to say his manner was rude is an understatement... he said his name was Joe. He again promised that they would be out to do the work... and again, no show and no call back. |Conclusion: Untrustworthy - Unethical - Unprofessional - Uncaring!

+ 3 moreEverything went well. They did alot of extra work like jack hammering to move the drain from the end to the middle so that it would align with the shower pan. My commode was not anchored well so they also fixed it. They also installed a new faucet on my bathroom sink.They went above and beyond of what the contract called for. Above all, I was always kept informed of what was going on. Very pleased and happy with the results and would hire them again.
Description of Work: They removed bathtub and shower walls with valves, moved shower drained and installed new shower pan and new shower valve. They installed hardi backer board on shower walls and tiled shower walls, grout and seal.They repaired sheetrock damaged around shower walls, tape float and textured prime and painted. They also installed floor tile and removed all debree from my property.

+ -1 moreThe work was done professionally and with a high standard of quality. They also mad good suggestions to improve the architects plans as we went along. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive bid but we were very happy with the results. We would definitely use Rock Solid Construction again.
Description of Work: The project involved developing an unfinished part of the house into a guest suite complete with kitchen, washer/dryer, entertainment center and bath. Ram (the owner) and his crew did a wonderful job.
