07/15 During the rough in phase, the electricians were reasonably prompt, although they only stayed a few hours a day to work. As the work progressed, it became harder and harder to get Mr. Lucas to respond to us to schedule additional work. After we had been calling him repeatedly to schedule the next phase of work, he happened to stop by one day to "check on" things and advised us to please text him on his cell phone as he normally did not answer or respond to calls. He did come back by that afternoon to proceed with the work we were ready for him to do. However, as we drew closer to the final it took up to two weeks each time to get ahold of him and get someone over to do the work. It took us several weeks to schedule Mr. Lucas to come back to do our final the middle of June. Once all work was completed and punch list was done, we paid him and considered the job complete. However, since June 15th, the under counter lights he installed in our kitchen have started falling down and stopped working. I have contacted the company 6 times by phone and text and requested that someone come back and correct the situation. I have received one text message on 07/07 advising me that he would be by shortly and apologizing in the delay. He has not shown up, texted or called to this day. Evidently Pro Electric does not warranty their work, even for 90 days. 07/16 0900 Mr. Lucas came by today and fixed the under counter lights, six weeks after we called for repair. Claimed that he had been too busy to stop by and had personnel problems
Description of Work: Replaced wiring in our kitchen and bath and installed new exterior panel and service
