+ -1 moreIt went okay. I would recommend them for their computer servicing but I don't know if I would recommend them for some of the other things they advertise. They have done a good job with that. I didn't compare their pricing.

+ -1 moreExcellent. They were able to remove a virus that continually had pop-ups that you could not close because any action you took installed a Trojan. I took my computer in on Saturday and had it back the following Wednesday.
Description of Work: Pinacle removed a devastating virus from my desktop computer. I was able to research the virus (XP Security) and told them what I was experiencing and they were able to by-pass it and have it removed without permament damage.

+ -1 moreComputer was dead, Found this company on the BBB site. Looked like a bad hard drive. Within 1 day they called and said they had found the problem with a RAM card, Charged me 40.00 plus tax. Works great.
