+ -1 moreThey were good. Everything was great with them. Right after they came out we had like 10 inches of rain and basically washed away everything outside so they back afterwards and sprayed after the rain. They were great.

+ -1 moreIt went very well - Billy was punctual, focused, and professional. He did a thorough job and shared his findings with the general inspector who was also at the house. He provided a thorough explanation. Very good experience.
Description of Work: Pest Patrol accommodated the need of a termite inspection with very short notice. Billy arrived on time, professionally dressed and, after introductions, he proceeded to conduct a very thorough inspection of the house, inside and out. He reported no termites but noted two areas with rotted wood that he shared with the general inspector and us. He said this area could become attractive to termites and needed attention. I also discussed quarterly services and specifically asked about protecting the dogs from the "kissing bug" which can cause major issues. He answered all my questions and assured me I would not need to do additional spraying. I will definitely engage this company for our quarterly pest control services and any other pest control services we may need.

+ -1 morePest Patrol offers reasonably priced pest services on a quarterly basis. They provide professional, courteous service. I like that they send reminders when I need to make an appointment for my quarterly service. They are always very flexible when making appointments, and overall very easy to work with. They are cheaper than Terminix and the quality of pest control is the same.

+ -1 moreThey are good. They are prompt and friendly. They are not in a hurry. They treated the outside and inside of my house. I have had them do three flea treatments in my yards. They send reminders for your quarterly treatments. You can get in within a week of scheduling.

Description of Work: I used Pest Patrol to inspect my house because I was selling it. They found termites so they came back to tent it for termites in March and then they came back to inspect it in September.
