Everything went very well. Javier was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the job and highly recommend this company for any landscaping job.

The owner, Javier, came and discussed the work we wanted done before hand. Upon informing him of the work we wanted completed, grass cut, palms trimmed, various bushes trimmed, the house power washed, Javier quoted us a price of $400. Let me repeat that, "Javier quoted us a price of $400". We didn't haggle prices. We didn't throw out any prices. We didn't tell him a price we were willing to pay. He said he'd do it all for $400 and my wife and I agreed. Javier was friendly, knowledgable and we'd hoped we had found the service we would use on a bi-weekly basis for our landscaping needs. Now to the rub. His crew came and did a incomplete and minimum job. When my wife pointed out they agreed to also trim the bushes, which they had neglected to do, Javier told my wife she wanted "A lot of work for a little money". Remember, he quoted us the price of $400. His comment angered my wife to no end, who reminded Javier it was he who told us he could do it for $400 and not a price we quoted nor haggled with him. The next day a crew came to cut the grass, I believe it may have been Javier's brother's crew, my wife was still quite angry and sent them away, due to both the grass being wet and her anger. Javier's original workers returned the next day and cut the grass. Due to the work being haphazard at best and the comment by the company owner over an agreed upon price, for work he agreed to do, we can't in good conscious give them a rating higher than we have nor recommend them. Others experiences may have been different, but the above is mine. Need less to say, Padre Landscaping has received the only monies it ever will receive from us.

Javier Garcia is the owner and he has been doing a splendid job. He bills me every month; it is a reasonable amount. He is always punctual. He does a good job at a fair price. I will use him again in the future.
