After Eagle Foundation leveled the foundation and replaced the subfloor in our addition, it was a creaky trampoline. I then turned to on the level. They were receptive, did the job they way I wanted, and the resulting floor was solid and silent. I did recently notice that the addition is out of level again (after 3 years), so I'm having them come back to take a look. Hopefully they'll fix it.

After 1 year we were still seeing cracks in the walls and new doors sticking. We called them out and they assured us that it was working properly. After another year (exactly 2 yrs since treatment) we called them again because we had major wall cracks and holes and tiles breaking. They came out, did measurements, and our house had now shifted 2". They said they'd never seen the Condor fail like that and it must have been applied incorrectly. We now need pilings, which we wanted to avoid and that's the whole reason we went with the soil stabilization. They will not honor the warranty that comes with the Condor. They want to charge us for the pilings we now have to get because their product DID NOT WORK. We basically lost $7000 and now have additional repairs that needs to be done. They are terrible about keeping appointments and returning phone calls. I would recommend you stay away from On the Level
Description of Work: We were having foundation problems and were told our best option would be to use the condor soil stabilization since or movement was not that bad. It would not fix the movement that had already occurred, but would prevent further movement.

Horrible, untrustworthy. Hard to get to answer phone.
Description of Work: Doors inside house would no close, obvious foundation issues. Called for "free estimate" then leveling started, broke chain length fence, supposedly honors foundation for one year IF you use ROYAL PLUMBING to confirm no plumbing issue. On top of that, as the repairs were ongoing, the foreman, salesman, kept adding additional cost to final total. Things that "needed to be done to honor the one year warranty.

Description of Work: They replaced the entire floor of our house and repaired the foundation. They arrived on the date they said they would, they didn't however finish on the date they said they would and went over by one week. I understood that the scope of work was large but we asked almost daily if they were on target to complete or if there were going to be any delays and they assured us that they were on target up until the day they should have finished. The day they were supposed to be done they advised that it would be another day or so which turned into 3 more days. Upon completion we were told that the foundation would begin to settle and they would be happy to come back to do the maintenance or shimming of the foundation when that happened as it would be under warranty. They said the settling would take up to about a year. We immediately began to have problems and began calling asking them to come back and look at it. When they came back they assured us that it was all normal settling and to give it time. We waited the year and called them to come take a look and make any adjustments that needed to be made. To say they were difficult to get a hold of is an understatement. Lots of unreturned phone calls and missed appointments they finally came and said that due to recent rain it was too wet to make any changes asked us to wait 3 weeks and they would come back. I made a future appointment and no one showed up. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. We told them that we were going to be selling the house and would like to have the warranty completed before the sale of the house. In the end we sold the house without them ever coming to complete the warranty work. The house passed the foundation inspection so I can't say anything bad about their work but they were difficult at best to work with. The men that did the work were very nice and helpful but the office staff were difficult to get in touch with, didn't return phone calls, and missed appointments. Not showing up to an appointment they set up is the height of unprofessional! I could go on and on listing the problems we had working with them but that would take much more time than I have since I wasted so much of my time dealing with On the Level. The work was satisfactory and the house passed inspection so if you have the time for all of the run around you get from the office go for it! I found them to be frustrating.

Disgusting. On the level cracked my walls and they finally leveled my home..... it only took two weeks for my foundation to fall again. They are scam artist and claimed it was another problem. Typical of crooks. People do not use on the level.

We have to keep using On the Level Foundation Repair because they are the company with the lifetime guarantee. We have a total of 6 contracts with them, and therefore, the entire house has been stabilized. It has not shifted since the final repair. The foreman is great. He knows his craft; however, he is spread extremely thin managing multiple jobs at once. As a result, the next to the last job that was started in September of 2012 and should have been finished by October 2012, dragged on until January 2013. The company has its meetings on Monday mornings. Then there are frequently workers absent on Mondays, too. Workers arrived 2 hours late. Or they would or not arrive at all for a solid week--because they were on another job site. I physically went to the company office on at least 3 separate occasions to find out when they would be resuming work at my house because I was getting no information by telephone.
Description of Work: Because of the South Texas drought our pool pump needed to be raised again. The foreman did an excellent job of raising the slab with the pump which closed the electrical conduit. However, his staff never filled the holes that were opening because of the soil contracting in their tunnel from a previous job.

Saleperson arrived, measured the whole house and gave me what I thought was a fair prrice. I did not get any other estimates. Arrived and did the work in a few day, cleaned up their work, and that was it. Several cracks on the exterior of the house that is brick and the interior sheet rock closed immediately. Overall had a very good experience and would use them again if necessary. I felt that they were truly "on the level" when I got the initial quote. I really appreciated that. The workers that did the labor part of the job should be commended for their hard work. It looks pretty grueling at time. Thank you
Description of Work: installed piers at 8 different locations (every 6 ft) that covered approximately 50 ft along the back and side of house
