Needed on a Friday, had to schedule for Monday. Also had to pay $50 "deposit" just for the appointment. Cancelled when another company was able to come on Saturday & repair on Sunday - with the temps in the 20's!! Requested refund of $50 and it took THREE attempts to have them return the deposit.

They were good but it was just a little job.

More then happy on all levels, The price was a extremely fair. A bargain for the quality of work and the time involved. I had bought a larger unit than the worn out unit I was replacing. I really was not sure if this was going to be a problem. It wasnt. I expected the process to take longer, it didnt. The guy showed up on time and started right away. After calling other plumbing services who were all unavailable for days we decided to try Ocean Plumbing. They were able to send a tech that same day. The tech was professional and explained how he could fix our problem. He removed a broken toilet flange and replaced it with a new one. He finished the job quickly and we will definitely use them again for any future plumbing jobs. The price was reasonable for the service provided.

After a failed DIY attempt to unclog my sewer line, I called Ocean Plumbing after my regular plumber didn't answer his phone. He was here within a couple of hours. I began to worry that the problem was worse than a clogged pipe when his industrial size roto machine couldn't clear it. Using a high tech gadget to locate the spot where the snake stopped he dug down to expose and examine the pipe. Luckily, it was in good shape and not broken, which we expected. He then used another high tech deviced mounted on a trailer which used high pressure water jets to cut through the clog. The backed up sewage soon drained down and he was able to get a camera down the pipe, which showed a massive rootball, which he was able to shred easily with the cutting action of the water jets. James is very knowledgeable and professional, and determined as well. I will definitely call him again when I need a plumber.

Great. From very first contact, secretary was very courteous and professional. Technician showed up on same day and on time. Very professional and helpful. Easy to talk to and explained things in a way I could understand. Went up and beyond to make sure problem was fixed.

The plumber was very prompt and professional. I felt that $175 was a bit high for the work performed.

Tech. came early and did job of replacing valves and replacing leaking copper lies really close to house . Glad I called and they did it it up to spec.

They were very upfront with the costs. They had the part they needed in their truck so the service was quick. They also offered to check other plumbing because the first hour is a set charge and they completed their requested job earlier than the first hour.

Best part...very reasonably priced in my opinion. Very pleased with service. Definitely at the top of our list if we need plumbing services in the future!

I have used them a few times. They give pretty good prompt service and their prices are right. They are a good company.

I called Ocean Plumbing in reference to installing a water softener I purchased from Pelican. James came by and gave me a quote, he was very helpful with locating a spot in my garage where it could be connected but still out of the way. the installation went on without any problems and the system is working great. Thanks James and Robert for the great work. If you need a plumber, this is your guy.

They used sharkbite connectors to fix pinhole leak on pvc pipe.

I'd written a review last September when I was NOT happy with them. Had a flood from a water heater and Called James again. He showed up in a flash and stopped the flooding. Great guy, great service! A real lifesaver!!

They provided immediate service, which I needed. Had to have the water turned off until my problem could be fixed, but also had painters coming. The technician (very professional) was prompt, changed out a broken valve for a washing machine hook-up and fixed a leaking faucet outside.

It went great everything is working fine.

They arrived on time and completely rebuilt our shower faucet in about an hour including going to get parts.

We hired them because the plumber our general contractor used continued to put off our job and we were ready to get them all out of our house! They showed up promptly for the bid, gave us an acceptable bid, then completed the work when they said they would. We had to leave, we left the key, hid the check, they called us when the job was done and I told them where to find the check. The locked the house back up and put the key back. Everything was done to perfection, nothing left undone even though we weren't watching them.

Toilet wasn't flushing properly. Had to keep the handle depressed for a full flush. in the past, i'd had them come over and fix things in the past and was pleased. I saw James, the owner, who stayed in the van while another guy removed a water filled bag from the toilet tank which I got from the city water dept. which was to save water. I think that's all he did. It seemed to flush better and I had a brief but nice visit with James who said I'd get an electronic bill via email. A few days later, the toilet was not working well again. Same thing. I called Ocean Plumbing and the woman told me I should have received my bill on email. I had not. I asked if there would be another charge since it was the same thing that had been " fixed" and she said there would be the same charge again. Paid the bill, did not reschedule and decided to cut my losses and just hold the toilet handle for 3 seconds. Now that was really $130. Down the toilet!

James arrived earlier than expected, put protective covers over his feet and came in to inspect the problem. Went to work immediately to clean out the main line where he pulled out a mass of roots. He was very friendly and polite, did the work fast and offered an electronic payment option, which I used. I was very satisfied with the service and will use the company again in the future.

They did not waste any time to do the repair and they were very courteous.

Even though you read reviews, there is always a level of uncertainty. With that being, the service, from phone call to receipt was simply outstanding! I called about 11 AM. I received same day service. The technician was extremely professional and done in about an hour. I expected to pay more based on other feedback I read so $150, which was because he had to get on the roof otherwise it would've been cheaper, was quite competitive in my book. There is nothing like having to go to the restroom when there isn't one available. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Hopefully, I won't need services any time soon but if I do, I'll be sure to reuse Ocean Plumbing.
