Contractor never contacted me

Called for repair to my spa. They don't repair spa but Emilia was very courteous and referred me to 2 other companies.

They fixed all the issues we have had at four different locations. We will continue to use them until one of us is no longer in business!

Dave and I agreed that he would not charge me for the 2 visits that the technician did not make and that the technician would start leaving documentation every visit like all the other technicians do. At that point, I was happy to continue with Dave and to put the whole incident behind me. When I received the updated statement, the charge showed I was being charged for 1 more visit than Dave and I agreed to. When I pointed that out, I was told that the technician had written in his log that he used chemical in my pool on that day. As I told them, anyone can write anything in their own log but I know he did not come to my house that week. At that point I was told to find another service company. I certainly hope this technician does not do this to other customers.

He was hoping that it was simply a fuse because some rain had gotten in to the control panel but unfortunately, it is more than just a fuse. He will be back in a couple of days. They don't charge anything just for the service call but he will be back in a couple of days to do the repairs and it is going to be probably $500. Unfortunately pool stuff is always expensive. I would use them again, they do my weekly cleaning as well.

They did inspection for me before we even bought the house, so we have used them since.

The company has been cleaning our pool for 3 months. They normally come Thursday afternoon and stay for 15-30 minutes to brush the sides and bottom of the pool, clean the traps, check the levels and add any necessary chemicals.

AWESOME!!!! We had a problem with the water "backwashing" even when it was in the "Filter" or any other position.They came out the next day and determined the problem very quickly. He replaced the gasket and had to let the sealant sit over night but was back bright and early the next day!

after six months of unanswered phone calls to several pool service providers we found New Wave Dave on Angie's List and he was awesome, Made the call he showed up the next day, he was polite, professional, fast and his prices were so reasonable. We highly recommended New Wave Dave

The maintenance crew comes in the morning, weekly (but we are billed monthly). He does a fabulous job and the pool looks great. They maintain our chemistry, vacuum, brush, clean all the baskets, back wash, everything that is needed to maintain a gorgeous swimmable pool. If we have any unforeseen issues, we give them a call and the response is immediate and if needed a tech comes out the same day. This is a great company to do business with!

We have been using New Wave Dave for 2 two years now, they have been great to work with. Our property is a rental and we live out of town. The keep us informed and the pool always looks great.

They did a fantastic job. They were quick. They got the part and got it taken care of. I really did like them. I have a warranty on my pool and my home warranty company sent them out. It was probably about a $600 or $700 job. They called me right away to set up the service call to see what was wrong. They made it happen; they were fast. They fixed it right and I haven't had any issues with it. I needed another repair and I tried to get the warranty company to send them again.

I called looking for someone to work on our hot tub. They do not work on them, but the gentleman gave me the name and number of a company that does and they are currently working on it. Thank you for the information. And if we ever have a pool, you would be the company we use!

I called needing an estimate for a re=plaster job on my in ground pool. A lady named Lisa apologized as she informed me that her company was already booked up for the year. She went on to say she could recommend other companies who could also do the job. She called back with names and numbers for me to contact. WOW! Now that is service, above and beyond, to help a non customer. I am so impressed that I will call Lisa first whenever I have a pool problem in the future. I'm still blown away be the friendly voice and professional way she handled my pool issue. What an outstanding employee ! They will get my future business, no doubt about it.

He is the best person that I have used. I have used him for twenty five years. There is no one better than him. If I have a problem at all, he takes care of all my pool equipments, takes care of the pool itself. He is the most dependable person I have ever had in my whole life. I call him and I hear back from Dave that day no matte what and he helps in taking care of the problem. I would rate him high overall and would arte him excellent on everything. He is extremely reasonable and excellent. I pay him once a month about $100-$120 as he comes every week and take care of everything for me. If he has to replace something then it is more. He is fabulous.

Called and the service representative was professional but the company does not service the Aransas Pass area, which I need.
