They were there every day, at the time they said they would be. They were very professional and informative. They cleaned up at the end of everyday. I requested, and they used only the best materials, like plastic underlay instead of felt, stainless steel nails, hand hammered, instead of using a gun. They also used a higher grade of shingle that I asked for.

When I e-mailed Angie's list to find a contractor to repair my chimney cap. Two People replied, Mr. Rodgers and Mr. Nelson called back. Mr. Nelson actually came over and gave me a fair bid to fabricate & install a new chimney cap and repair some roofing problems from water damage. I told him water was dripping down onto my metal fireplace insert. He never came back on the day he said and about a week I called him back. He said the piece of metal he had was not quite large enough and he had contacted another company to fabricate if for him and he would eat the cost different. Also he was having trouble matching my blue roofing. Again we agreed on a second date. Again he never showed. I called him again and he said his piece of metal would be large enough to fabricate the cap. Again he never showed up. I think it's been almost 2 months or more since my last call. I'm going to use the yellow pages for this job.

The price was reasonable. I liked the man that owns it. They did a good job. It looks good and the roof doesn't leak.

Although we did not use this company for roofing, the crew showed up when expected, worked efficiently and completed the repair work on time. Nelson checked up on the crew regularly.
