I could not be happier. The response time as excellent, Eric was professional, courteous and competent and the price was very fair.

When I opened my Hot Water Heater closet I saw that the floor was damp and assumed that I had a leaking valve. After reviewing Angie's list I identified "My Dad's Plumber" as a reputable company with many positive customer reports. I called them and explained my problem expecting them to schedule me for the following day. I was very surprised when they said they would be at my home in a couple of hours to check out and resolve what ever problems I had. When they arrived they checked my system and found that the 15 year old heater was leaking internally and really needed replacing, which they completed in a couple of hours as part of the trouble call. Eric and Louis, the techs working the issue were exceedingly polite and professional, displaying work ethics which I rarely see these days. They did an excellent job of informing me on their progress and quickly replaced the leaking system with a new tank. It was a pleasure dealing with these folks and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issue you may ever have!

Luis was very professional. We appreciated the way he kept us informed throughout of the issues and the price. He was thorough with cleanup and ensured he left both areas the way he found them. We will definitely hire them again.

After the plumber that a friend suggested failed to show up I checked Angies List, saw the great reviews for Dad's, and gave them a call. Someone came that day and gave me an estimate and I scheduled with the office. Two men came and did the job in a timely and professional manor. The stove is working and I have no leeks. I will call them next time I need a job done.

They called to come earlier (thank you)-they (Jose & Zack) carried everything in on sidewalk driveway-not walk across the wet grass. They were careful going through the house, were neat & clean with their work did not waste time-thorough-polite-accommodating-

Very professional. They put covers on their boots every time they came into the house. They did have to go and get some different parts for my very old plumbing, but that only took about 15 minutes. They were on time and finished the job in about an hour.

I had two other plumbers out here to fix the toilet that would not flush unless you held the handle down. Both said they had fixed the problem but it still wouldn't flush. Patrick came out with My Dad's Plumbing and found that the jets in the toilet itself were plugged with calcium and commenced to unplugging them. He was very professional and got the toilet problem solved! I am so happy I called them!! I will use this company from now on!

They tried to run a snake down it but it wouldn't work so they had to take it off. They took it outside and turned it upside down and found the pad lock that had been flushed down the toilet. They were very honest about it and didn't charge me for a new toilet.

Came when they said they would, stayed in touch with electrician to install outlet to plug into. I dealt with Larry Herring, who was very nice to deal with and I will call them to do any future work I might need. I thought, for the job they did, their price was reasonable.

They were very fast in coming out. They fortunately had the water heater in stock. I discovered the water flooding the garage at 10 o'clock at night. They were out at 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon and took care of it.

It went good. Everything is back to normal. They were a little bit late coming at 11am instead of 9:30am due to miscommunication at the office. I would recommend this company as well as use them again if need be.

He showed up a hour or so late but called to tell me so. Once he arrived I explained what I wanted done and he got right to work and was finished in the time he promised. He went over the bill with me and explained everything he did. Overall I would recommend their services to others.

They had busy schedule but were nice enough to work with my schedule so the coordination between different contractors worked out. One of the trim kit couldn't be tested when the job was done due to water shut off. They gave me their words, "We stand behind our works.", and said they would be back if there were any problems. I paid, and later when the water was back, the replaced trim kit worked smoothly. They quoted the job lower than the final price due to that my initial job description was given through phone and iPhone pictures, and they mistook Moen system as Delta system.

I attempted this replacement myself but when I couldn't get the fitting off and was unsure of what type of connection it was so I decided to go ahead and get a professional in to do it. I found My Dad's Plumber here on Angie's and gave them a call to get a quote on replacing the shut off valves in our guest bath. I called on a Monday, they answered right away and said it would be easy and quick for them to do it and they had the lowest estimate so I called them right back and asked if they could come the very next morning, he said they could fit me in between some other jobs at 9:30, perfect! The guys called ahead of time and showed up when they said they would. Very professional and it only took them about 20 minutes and they used the parts I got instead of charging me for new ones. They answered any additional questions I had about the project and I got new flexible hose connectors from them for only $5 each. I was nervous about finding a good plumber in this town and these guys were great, I will definitely use them again if we need to in the future! Thanks!
