 + -1 moreTech arrived on time. Determined I needed a whole new system, inside and out. Left to go to office to get a quote. I called my son who lives 8 hours away and is a HVAC tech. He advised me to have the tech do a couple of thing before shelling out 4000$. I called the tech told him what my son said. He was going to come back a get model # and measurements. Did not hear from him that day or the next. Called and left a message and never heard from him again.

 + -1 moreThat initial visit was about $500 for both units which was far cheaper than two air conditioning units. I was like, 'I am not prepared to pay $10000 to $15000 on two air conditioning units. Basically my understanding is that I have got Carrier units and if your are not trained on working on Carrier, you can create more problems than fix others. For price, I would give them an A because anything is cheaper than two air conditioners. They are fantastic. They are always very timely and responsive, they usually come out within the same day.
Description of Work: I was having some issues with both of my units and had spoken to another company to come out to do some service and take a look at it and they wanted me to replace both units in their entirety. I was not really happy with that answer and so, I called Mike Wanzer and they were able to fix everything without having to replace them.

 + -1 moreI think they are amazing. I love them. Every time they have been out, I have been really happy with them. I have had a lot of issues with both of my air conditioning units. Ever since I found Mike Wanzer's Company, they have saved me a tone of money.

Description of Work: For this particular visit they consulted on a problem and did not charge me. I've used this company for three years now and have recommended them to others as well, and their price and workmanship for both repairs (for our rental house) and a new unit (for a house we are constructing) have been great. They explain everything well, really know the business, and were very professional.
