 + -1 moreExcellent. Removed an old structure (not to code) that had been built by another contractor in a day. Work was completed in about two weeks. Created a new brick arched front porch that stands independent of the existing roof. The arch front entry is the same pattern that is around my front door giving you a view of a beautiful wood door. Customize roof so that there are dormers that match the rest of the house. Added gutter. Added lighting to the new columns. Added tile to existing round step and added another step to bring entry out and even with front of house. Added new sidewalk.

 + 2 moreIt was a cost-plus deal and the quote amount was about $53000. They were great. They were responsive and showed up on time. They are currently doing the work and it is topnotch. The painter he uses is topnotch All of the people who have been here make me comfortable that they are in my home. The tile guy was really good and professional. I have a 17-year-old autistic son and they have been very tolerant of him. They were all good and get along well.
Description of Work: Michael Havelka Construction gave me an estimate to remodel the bathroom and to paint the entire interior of the house. He would tear out a screen porch and put in a big cedar pergola and do some tile work in the back porch.
