+ 0 moreWhen I first called this company my call was promptly answered and appointment was scheduled immediately. However, after appointment I tried to do a follow up because our insurance was needing a report on findings and I was trying to get additional information on repairs. He had mentioned he could recommend and possibly help with repairs. Its been over two weeks and I have text, called, left voicemail, and emailed. No response at all. I did take into consideration the Thanksgiving holiday. Still no word. He was professional when setting up appointment and the during the actual appointment (that is why I gave a D instead of F). However, not returning calls/messages is unprofessional.
Description of Work: Work consisted of looking over some water damage coming into the home.
