Stephen Koch is a very rare breed in the tradesman field. He is honest, transparent, fair, extremely knowledgeable, very skilled in his trade, I could go on and on about his qualifications. He is very patient and level headed. (He put up with THIS old lady!) What I thought was going to be just putting in a new electric box turned into a huge headache, not Stephen fault, but city of corpus requirements that meant having to have a new electric pole put in and Stephen having to excavate a line in my front yard to run underground line that was required by the city. Through all of it, Stephen kept me informed and updated on the progress. He did such an awesome job from start to finish! I just wish he was in the Austin area to take care of my electric down here!

Stephen Koch is a very competent electrician. He was easy tow work with and all we talked about was executed well. He located the Generac 24 KW standby generator, rebuilt our home circuit breaker box and integrated it with the Generac. system. This work included routing the needed wires to the generator to its location. Finally, after the gas for the generator was ready. to test and start up; including loss of home source and standby Generac came on operate the house with generator power. The system worked as advertised. Stephen showed me how to run the system. It now has the green light, so we get power from the Generac when needed!

Gentleman (Mr. Steven) was very polite and experienced with knowledge. He informed me on every step he was doing while problem solving. Even communicated to me while I was selecting a fixture at Loweâ s. He was punctual on appointment. Also, I was worried about my Dad and his pacemaker trying to do electrical maintenance himself. While he was grocery shopping I was able to surprise him and have Mr. Steven come in and fix my issue. Now my Dad will not get electrocuted for one and He will also be able to see with bright light in the backyard at night. I appreciate him big time and will be contacted him for any further issues.
