Description of Work: Kessling Services helped me locate my home years ago and did a great job! They also provided me with coverage for a life insurance policy for my husband and I and also a cancer policy for myself. We are currently looking into other forms of insurance needed. They are very knowledgeable in all areas or real estate and insurance along with property management.

Once we had decided on the company and the coverage he and his staff got all the information necessary in as short a period as possible, explained to us how the process works and helped us to anticipate the upcoming hurdles. We were very impressed by the communication and the fridenly attitude of all the people we worked with in getting this accomplished and will be doing other business with the agency in both life insurance and long term care in the near future
Description of Work: My wife was in need of a health insurance policy and we called several local agencies with variying degrees of sucess and responsivness . When we first spoke with Mr kessling he was obviously very knowlegable and willingto take tohe timeto explain the options available to us nd to show us more that one company giving us chooice which we appreciate

 + 0 moreI started leasing my rental from Kessling Services in 1994, almost 20yrs ago. It has been great renting from them. They do not come knocking at my door at any hour for just any reason. The times they've done exterior work like painting and roofing, they called me in advance so that I would know they were sending contractors to my home. They are responsive and I really have just had no problem with them. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to them. I also have never had any problems with any of the insurance policies I've had through them. Currently I only have a renters policy, but in the past I did have auto coverage as well. They no longer provide auto coverage otherwise I would still have my business with them. I know they offer other types of coverage as well, and here again I wouldn't hesitate to refer my family and friends. The staff is small and responsive. They do a great job.
Description of Work: I have done business with Kessling Services in two different capasities. I have rented a home from them for almost 20yrs now. I have also done a little insurance business with them. They are excellant landlords. I have a modest 3 bedroom home that I've raised my children in. My rent is $525 per month. It has been reasonably priced for years. This enables me to take care of minor maintenance that comes with old homes. The few times I have had bigger maintenance issues I don't hesitate to call on them. The response time has always been great. The staff is small and easy to deal with. I have no problem in giving an excellant reference for their property management services I have also done a little insurance business with Kessling Services. I have had my auto and renters insurance policy's thru their services. They no longer offer auto insurance so they referred me to another agent for that coverage, however they do continue to offer renters insurance, in which I have had for years. And for those that may own a home or are looking to purchase a home, it is my understanding they offer good rates on home insurance. Whatever service you use from Kessling Services, I am sure you will be well taken care of and very satisfied. The staff is excellant
