Got my AC running, fee was reasonable, but the left a pvc pipe loose and it leaked on my ceiling and walls. Dispatch said they would call me and send them back to look at pipe. Never happened.

They were efficient and professional.

Reuben and his partner came as scheduled, troubleshooting the problem and got me up and running in less than an hour. Identified the part needed to repair the problem and offered to order it and come back next week and install the new part. Quick response on a Saturday and very resonable rate for weekend work. Definitely recommend this company.

James waited for 3 hours at the distribution center to exchange my warranty covered compressor.

Technician came out on the same day we needed someone and took care of the problem for now. A week later came out a second time which was minor and we weren't charged and appreciate that, as we're probably looking at having to replace our air-conditioner. So till then with the hot weather we do have use of the air-conditioner for now. Agree technician very courteous and respectful and answered all questions. Would recommend "Keep It Cool".

Contacted by someone right away. I explained the problem and was given an appointment for that same day ! The technician was very courteous and respectful. He answered all my questions and given a price right away for the repair. Matt was on time for appointment the next and went right to work. This young man is an asset to this company! Prompt service, arrived within an hour and had a/c system back up and operating in 30min. I had called several other companies prior who could not come out to fix system for 8 or more hours. Highly recommend Keep it cool.
