Justice Inc

I guess I dodged a bullet by being fired as a customer with Justice Inc. (have you seen all the negative reviews?) First, the tech who came out to inspect my a/c unit was great! Timely and very knowledgeable. However, when he left, he accidentally forgot a piece of equipment in my attic. When he called me to inquire about it, he had the audacity to ask if he could give me gas money to drive all the way to Robstown or meet him somewhere halfway to give it to him so it'd save him a trip back to my home. Second, I'm not sure what her name is but the receptionist who answers the phone always has an attitude. She gives me the impression she's annoyed whenever called, and people expect her to do her job. Then there's the owner himself, Jose. (I'm sure he'll write some comment on here with poor grammar, attempting to rebuttal this as he's done with so many others, but I'm exercising my freedom of speech as well as my right as a consumer) I was going through my home warranty because well, I'd just purchased my home and didn't want to drop an astronomical amount on a new unit if my home warranty would cover it. First, the report his tech provided sat on his desk for 3 full days before Jose ever filed it with my home warranty company. My first verbal interaction with him was okay and he was very transparent. I appreciated his honesty that going through my home warranty would take time and there'd be a lot of red tape. If I could have afforded to expedite the service and leave them out of it, I would have. But my hands were tied. The problem was my home warranty needed one tiny clarification on the report before they could push it through to be authorized. All they needed was to talk to Jose to get that answer. I spent weeks ping ponging back and forth between 2 supposedly professional companies, trying to get them to talk to one another. Finally, I told my home warranty rep that I wanted to be on the phone when they called Justice Inc. because I didn't believe they were actually calling them as often as they said (which Jose confirmed). So the rep conference called Justice Inc. with me on the line and I heard the conversation. He was told Jose had to answer his query and that they'd have him call the very next morning which obviously didn't happen. This phone call took place last Wednesday and the call back should have been last Thursday. This morning, I decided to call Justice Inc. instead to get an update and spoke to Jose, the owner himself. He claimed my warranty company had not called whatsoever and if they did in his absence, his reps would have conferenced him in. There are too many discrepancies to know who dropped the ball. My guess is both were at fault at some point. Where things went south and I was ultimately "fired" as a customer was when I mentioned that Jose said it would take over a month to get fixed when going through my home warranty. I was trying to affirm he was right, wanting to explore removing my home warranty from the equation, but he immediately cut me off and got defensive and aggressive. No profanity was used but he kept interrupting, and his voice was on edge, volume elevated. I kept trying to interject but he simply would not let me talk. I also detected a hint of sexism because I doubt he would have treated a man like this. His defensiveness speaks volumes and now I am fully under the impression that he purposely dragged his feet so his estimate was true, that it would take longer. People don't just fly off the handle like that if they're completely free of guilt. Thankfully, I don't have to work with them anymore. And you should not either.

It was horrible, they did such a lousy job on everything they did. My floors had to be taken up 5 times and relaid because they did not pour concrete right, I ended up having to get tile which i didnt want, Now the tile is falling through cuz they didnt lay it right either. they didnt clean the thin set off floors. My kitchen cabinets when you look close you can see all the paint runs, they painted some of them 7 times and they still look like crap, I have a backdoor that does not close properly, some places in the sheet rock they just put tape over the bad spots tthat they made and then painted over it. They ruined my sofa, stove and front door by getting paint on them. They did not pull proper permits for my addition, now having to deal with the city cuz electrical is not up to code. they let the city believe that this was an existing addition and tried to get it grandfathered in. Sink doesn't work properly, have some outlets with no current, I could name 20 more things they did wrong but i would be here typing all day. Now they want to try and tell me I owe them a ridiculous amount of money!! I should not have to pay for my flooring twice becuz they messed it up. Granted when you first walk in my house looks nice from afar , when you look closer you can see all the mistakes and they think this work is acceptable. Now I have to pay someone else to come in and fix and clean floors properly, get a new back door and fix all other issues, Save yourself the trouble and find someone else, Justice will cheat you . Guys were very professional and worked late to get the job done in 1 day.

While the technician arrived about an hour later than expected, he did call. Upon arrival, J.C. evaluated the situation and found the problem within minutes. It was a leak on the gas side of the system that required a section of pipe to be replaced. J.C. removed the leaking section of pipe and an adjacent filter. Once completed, he found that the compressor was not working. Once again, he got the system up and running and then spent extra time to make sure it was running at peak efficiency. He was both professional and extremely polite. This was warranty trouble call, so my insurance company picked Justice A/C. But after having had several other companies fail repeatedly to preform in a customer focus way, this was a different experience. They came the same day. They fixed the problem. And they took the extra time to do it right the first time.

They did a terrible job, ac didn't work after all the hassle... owner joe alvarez told me he didn't care about his customers and that i was the one with the problem! I would NOT HIRE THIS JERK... Take my word for it!!!! He definitely does NOT know how to handle women customers or anything else of the nature. He talks down to you and makes you feel like you are WRONG!

This was a great experience all around. Justice A/C Heating Inc did a great job, quickly and cost effective. ?JC? was always very personable and polite. His work was top notch and went out of his way to insure I was happy with the installation. Very Punctual and quick to get me the quotes I requested. The price was fair. I will defiantly be using Justice A/C Heating Inc in the future for my A/C and heating repair needs. It?s nice to see a local company that?s not just out to rip off the consumer. Thanks again!!!

Twice this past summer our A/C unit stopped working. We called our home warranty company the first time and were given another A/C company. When we called they scheduled us for an appt. 2 days later. The temp in our house was already in the 80's so they gave me Justice A/C number and when I called they had someone at our house in a couple of hours. The next time our A/C went I requested Justice A/C from our home warranty and had the same prompt, polite and professional service from them. I will be calling this company for regular maintenance and any problems.

Called in the morning and came out a few hours later. Overall had a positive experience. I had called three other companies unsure of really who to call. Not one answered the phone or returned my call until I called "Justice A/C." I appreciated the fact that the owner was working his tail off to get jobs done and had a bunch of calls to respond to during the day. Considered how hot it is outside and how hot it can be inside when air cons are not working properly, as I write this, I am soooo cool and comfortable, what price do you place on comfort? Thanks for coming out and responding so quickly on a mucho caliente dia. Justice has been served!

Fixed the heat for my tenant, as an out of state landlord I trust these guys to do what is needed without ripping me off.

Came shorlty after calling them. The technician was real friendly and explained the problem and gave me options on how it could be repaired. He was at my home for no more than 40 minutes. This is the second time I have used them with the same results - great! When I get ready to replace the a/c unit which is getting old - over 10 years - I am calling Justice A/C first.

We have a home warranty so when we had a/c problems Justice is who they sent. They came out twice on service calls to try and keep our old condensing unit going. After it was obvious it wasn't going to keep going it was decided we would need a new unit. The original copper line looked like someone tried to make it work running it diagonaly from corner to corner of the outside wall. We asked for that to be corrected at out cost. That would consist of braising a piece on and running it along the top and down the side of said wall. The line was going to be disconnected anyway. Warranty came back to us with misc. uncovered charges among which was $80.00 for anchor kit and $320.00 to straighten copper tube. We elected to pass on the $320.00. We finally came to an agreement on installment date. Husband works nights and I work days so it was hard to have someone available to grant access. The technichions we prompt fast and polite. Upon inspection the $80.00 anchor kit was four 4" pieces of perforated strapping attaching unit to wooden stand. Stand was not anchored to anything. What is the point. Contacted owner who was very rude and relucnctly knocked some off price. He questioned how he was supposed to make any money if we didn't pay what we agreed to. We informed him we agreed to an anchor kit that would anchor our unit down. We now understand $320.00 to straighten out tubing

We have a home warranty. We just bought the house, so we have to go to where ever they send us. They send us to Justice AC & Heating, Inc. They did a good job for us. I only had to pay $60 for the visit and also the insulation as it was not considered for the warranty, but I cannot remember how much. We were happy and had no complaints. I would probably use them in the future.

The service and price was good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I found them on Angie's list. They did pretty well. I was happy with the outcome. The new unit has been great on savings on my utility bills. They did have some young guys with them learning. There were a couple of places on the vent that we did go back and fix. I will use them again.

I live in a 1947 house and the heat was not working so they give me various recommends as to what I could do to make it better. Their prices were fair and they arrived on time, they did their work and they followed up.

They were referred to me by my realtor. They were very prompt and I felt like they were honest. Someone came out in the morning and I had a question about my air conditioner so the owner came out later that afternoon to take a closer look for no additional charge.

When the business was getting started the service and prices were very competitive. As the business took off prices went up and service suffered. After waiting over 6 hours for a response to a recent request for service I elected to use another vendor. When I sent an email inquiry on a recent invoice I never received a reply.
