The technician did not know what he was doing, so I finished the job. The billing was always wrong and "somebody else's" mistake in the office. It was a very frustrating experience.

I have used this pool service for over one year. I first chose their service based on price. They quoted me $150/month (weekly servicing) and they supply the chemicals. The rest of the competition were charging about the same amount but you had to provide your own chemicals. Subsequently, they offered at 10% discount if you prepaid your account, so I signed up for 1 year service. They also made several small repairs to my pool. Once, I had a pump go down and it was apparent that the hired servicing had been questionable. Brian (the owner) immediately sent someone to rebuild the pump and also gave me one month service free. Now, two neighbors near me have also chosen to use Brian/Island Aquatics. The pool always looks fantastic. Customer service is key with Brian; he's always responded to my requests. Note that the quoted price is his monthly service charge. In total I've spent over $2000 over the time I've used his service.
