Knowledge and service were outstanding. They were on site within about 4 hours of being called. The 2 man crew reinforced the door and attached a new bracket. They retensioned the spring, lubricated the spring and all rollers and hinges, and cleaned up the wiring. They checked and made a slight adjustment to the stop limit on the opener. The problem was caused by a poor installation of the garage door opener by another contractor.

Turned out to be difficult job due to inconsistent instructions from Lift Master tech reps; installer stuck with it and figured out on his own how to configure the unit. Although not in scope of work quoted, installer insisted on anchoring/re-fastening lower guide rail that had come loose.

HUB City Overhead Doors company was referred to me by my contractor. I called them and within a few days a sales rep contacted me and made an appointment to see if my garage door could be fixed or needed to be replaced. On the day of the appointment, the sales rep called to ensure I was home and arrived shortly thereafter. After the inspection, we both agreed that the door was beyond repair. He quoted me a price and said they can install it in a few days. I still had other people doing work around the house, so I asked if they could do it next week on Wednesday. On Monday they called and said that the TDI (Windstorm) Inspector was out of town and could not inspect the house on Wednesday can they move the installation to Thursday. That did not interfere with my schedule so I agreed. I asked how long the job would take. The sales rep said they would arrive around 8:30-9:00 and be done by 3:00 pm. They also installed the garage door opener. They arrived at 8:40 am and were done by 2:25 pm. The TDI inspector showed up at 1:45 and passed the door without any problems. The door was installed to the TDI codes. The inspector was there about 30 minutes checking all the screws and bolts and wood used. The 2 installers that came to my house were very professional and answered all my questions. They hauled off the old garage door without leaving any extra parts for me to clean up. I would recommend this company.

Hub City Overhead Doors is the one that called me and they are pretty responsive. It was fine. I wasn't there but my aunt didn't complain so I guess they were fine. I don't have a property there any more so I think I will not use them again.
