The selection process was rather long. I had a window company from San Antonio with a very aggressive sales pitch. Bottom line over $1,000/window. Another company was next. Knowledgeable salesman. Came twice, but over $800/window. Next was a big box store - again knowledgeable salesman. After several visits to the store, I gave up. Never could see a sample of the window. They had a similar model in the store, but it had a major defect (why do the even have it on the sales floor?) Finally ended up at Home Depot. This was the only place I could see a sample of the actual window and could get a copy of the technical specifications. The person that came to measure the windows was the independent contractor which installed the windows. If they didn't fit we knew who to hold responsible. The installation went very smoothly. They work diligently and cleaned up everything. We are so pleased with the windows and the great service that we plan to have Home Depot do our remaining windows.

We go to them a lot. Their price is reasonable. They are better with the other company. They stock a lot of things that come in variety like plumbing fittings. They just struggle trying to keep things sorted out. People pick things up and put it in the wrong place and after a while, it gets hard for me to find things because they have trouble keeping up with the sort. Their customer service is okay.

They did an excellent job. I have no complains. We have always shopped there. We have always had good experiences. The product was good. The staff was helpful. I have no reasons not to go there. The whole team has great sense of humor. I went to get lunch and came back. I found one window was installed wrong. I called them and told them and they caught it and immediately flipped the window around. They had a easy going manner. One of the windows cracked and they found most inexpensive ways to replace it. That was really helpful. It was a good price. I was happy with the windows. I don’t remember anything bad about them. They called and asked about things and followed up. I would use them in the future.
