I called the corporate office on them because they're awful. We can be wandering around in there and not see an employee. We can ask for help and people won't come. I waited for 45 minutes to get some tiles. One man was helping some people and he said he'd call somebody but they never came. I finally left and went to another store, where I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and had two people helping me. We've been building our house and have gone in there frequently in the last six months and have had horrible experiences there. One time we went there and there was vomit on the floor. Their bathroom was so disgusting. All the stalls were full of urine and poop. There was toilet paper everywhere. The toilets and walls and everything were filthy. I didn't even want to wash my hands. There's never anyone there. You can walk through the store and not find any employees. We've waited other times for a half hour. The employees have talked dirty and swore in front of us before. They've also tried to hit on me, saying he had a sausage in his pocket. We only go to that store because it's close. There's another Home Depot a half an hour further that is better.

The project went well. Tile was laid how I asked. No problems with damages. Only complaints was it took a little longer then I had hoped but within time frame given by store. One Piece of grout harden and sifted a piece of drywall but it was easily fixed when I had my painters paint the house. Appliances were a steal over black Friday. Got a whole kitchen set for about 2K. The install was more of a drop off. I think did more then them but they got them up to me on the second floor. I pushed the stove and fridge into place. I even installed the dishwasher. So don't expect them to actual install anything.

The down side is that I had a 3 week wait for the washing machine to be delevered. But when it was delevered the guys were professional and accommodating for setting-up the machine properly and giving me some instructions for operations.

They're right down the street from us, and they deliver, their prices are sometimes higher but you don't have much choices here in Corpus.
