They were quick to respond. They were very courteous and got the job done quickly.

I had the misfortune of having this company come to fix 3 broken sprinkler heads at my home. Their charge with labor was $300. I found this to be highway robbery on several counts. 1. They begin their labor costs at the they leave their shop, this was never mentioned to me when I called to make the appointment. Their shop is less than 6 minutes from my house. They called at 8:55 saying they were lost. They showed the start time of 8:45 so I was penalized for their poor navigation skills. Then to add insult to injury I was also charged for the time(15 minutes) they took to write up their bill. When I ask the young man who was here why I wasn’t charged accurately he said he only knew how to charge in 15 minute increments. 2. They charged me $40 for each of the heads they replaced. I found out after the fact that these cost about $3.50 each. That’s over 1300% mark up. I understand that they need to make a profit however that level of mark up is practically criminal. A word to the wise ask lots of questions before you allow this company on your property. Better yet call someone else.

Great! So quick and easy from my initial phone call until payment. The guys were very nice, knowledgable, and efficient. They answered my copious amount of questions. They were done in less than 45 min (based on arrival until departure). They solved my problems in the quickest and nicest way possible. I will use again!!

WeI called Hebert Irrigation when We realized our sprinkler was malfunctioning after work had been done in our yard by another contractor. We had a pergola built and the contractor had busted the water pipe. We were told they had repaired it but we tried to use the system after the job was completed and it would not work. Hebert irrigation was very professional and pleasant when I called. A serviceman called me later that day and scheduled a repair day. They did not come at the scheduled time so We called and they did come soon after. The repair was done well and the workers were very courteous. They found more problems than expected but still got our system running. We were so pleased we called to have repairs done on other parts of the system. Once again they came out and were very helpful. We are waiting to hear from them to have the rest of the repairs completed. This is a very busy time for them but it is worth the wait.

two service techs came. They were puntual, professional and fast. One spigot was rotary the other stationary and both leaked profusely. it was found they were cracked at the pipe. both were fixed in about 30 or 40 minutes. Be prepared they charge $80.00 per hr. pricey but no problems

They were very professional. Did all work as expected. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend this company to others in this area interested in having a system installed.

Hebert Irrigation Inc. were very professional and they came out and did the job very quickly. Other irrigation companies around the area are probably not as good.
