H&H Construction Carpentry

H&H did several small jobs at our home before we hired them for this larger job. In an attempt to solve water leaking in a low lying area of the porch, H&H modified our patio cover to install gutters and reroute the water. They sealed the gutters with clear caulk, which did not provide an effective seal. H&H did not secure the joints and we now have small waterfalls around the porch during each rain and with each morning dew. We also had them install a short gutter section in the front, which is also leaking at the joints. We have called and left messages for several months, but H&H will not return our calls. This was an expensive repair which we strongly regret at this point.

The guy (Maury) spent almost 45 minutes telling us what he could do and never got back with us with an estimate. I called and received a wrong estimate by phone and then he called again and gave me a corrected estimate over the phone but never gave us a written estimate. never got back with us. We wanted to put in a picture window and a brand new door and pocket door. Apprx. September.

I was very impressed with H&H's professionalism and attention to detail. After calling them for an estimate, they came to the house within a couple of days as scheduled. They were able to work us into the schedule within the week. They were always very calm, personable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and maintained a very professional attitude. I had a plumbing leak repaired under the sink and the plumber literally pulled out chunks of sheetrock and insulation, leaving the area very difficult to clean up. H&H fixed the hole and reinsulated the wall. Their work was very clean and looks great! We have several other, more complicated, jobs around the house and we plan to utilize H&H again. Highly recommended for professionalism, attention to detail, and competency!
