 + 0 moreThey did not use any of our requests for the pond. They asked for our input on plant selection, and then planted different species anyway. Requests for improvements were ignored. For the price we paid for the work, it was left half done.

Description of Work: The owner came out and looked at my yard, area and was very professional. He came with his instruments and was very nice. He told me the truth that he could not help me, he was honest. He showed me why and explained everything to me thoroughly.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional, in helping us chose the right plants for our yard. We're buying in stages, a few plants at a time. Very impressed with the store: nice selection; decent prices; professional, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely return!
Description of Work: We recently purchased Plumeria plants from the nursery. They soon showed signs of rust. When I explained what happened to the manager, she gave me a sample of the treatment so I could treat the plant without purchasing a full bottle of product.

Description of Work: Just a basic clean up and refurb of the small landscaped area at the end of my (long) driveway. It took over two months from first contact to start of the one day project. The cost was also very high for the work required. Gill does very good work, but you really pay for it and who knows when they will actually give you a date to do the work. That said, other landscape outfits in the area are much worse; don't show up, don't return calls or just drop the project.

 + -1 morePhillip designed exactly what I had envisioned. The Gill employees were punctual, respectful and friendly. It took a week to complete and each afternoon when they left, the yard was picked up and neat. Every single thing in our beds were planted new and I love how it looks and the plants are thriving even in our hot sun.

 + 0 moreDo follow up with Philip if he does not call back. He sometimes gets busy but I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: The gill landscapers completely we did our front yard and created a new look for the front of our house. They also did minor work to the backyard including clearing out a large bed laying sod down in former flower gardens and moving rocks from one area of the backyard to another. All of the workers were professional everything was well done. Philip was a great consultant who was very patient and kind and took into account all of my design and plant preferences when making our plans.

 + -1 moreThey are family-owned business that's been here in Corpus Christi over 20 years and they are just very knowledgeable, helpful and have a full-length landscaping company and just very professional company. Their prices are a little bit higher than other companies because they are a special store. I usually just go in and purchase things and I don't have to call them and have to pick up something for me. They are very friendly.
