Description of Work: Purchased my refrigerator through Best Buy. Broke, called them to come repair it and what do I find out? They do not service the brand of appliance I bought from them. Maybe they should not carry that brand then???

Description of Work: Fixed my laptop and my ipad as well as husband's ipad. Fast, knowledgeable and very good pricing, easy take it in to best buy leave it and pick it up next day or so. Bought a tech support for 3 years and 3 devices. unlimited use and I need that. I can mess up my devices without even trying.

I provided them with the criteria as to what I was looking for and they gave me a couple of recommendations and also identified which one had special features in buying a 46 inch size screen, that came with a PS3. I got a pretty good deal. I especially enjoyed the choice one could make, when you go to buy a television, with so many to choose from. It was possible for you to provide a criteria for what you were looking for and let someone present the options and show you the pros and cons so that you can make a choice. Just looking at the picture for what it looks like is not enough. Understanding what all the television can give to you is a really important thing. So I thought it was really helpful and I have enjoyed my TV right from the first day and I like it.

Description of Work: I purchased both a an LG washer and a refrigerator from Best Buy in 2010. Of course as soon as the warranty expires they both go out. After about 2 hours on the phone with best buy and Lg they set me up with a company out of San Antonio because no one works on that brand locally. The fee to just look at it was going to be $250! I called everyone locally and they all said the same thing, they dont work on that cheap brand because it is made in Korea and the parts are very hard to get, none available locally. Do not buy an LG appliance especially from best buy. I finally got someone out of Rockport to fix both of them. It cost me over 500 dollars.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Toshiba laptop in June of 2010 from Best Buy. They recommended I buy a service contract. In May of 2012 I began experiencing difficulties and took it in to the nearest store. They listened to me, checked out my laptop and concluded the keyboard had gone out. Since I had the service contract they told me to go to a salesperson and explain that I was to get one of comparable value for exchange. The only thing I was billed for was the new service contract on the new computer.
Description of Work: I purchased a laptop and service contract in 2010. The keyboard went out in May of 2012. Best Buy replaced the computer with one of comparable value at no cost to me. I purchased the service contract on the new laptop.

Description of Work: We bought a refrigerator from Best Buy. Something happen to it so I called Best Buy and they sent out The Geek Squad to repair it. They diagnosed the problem and they had to order the part. Once the part came in, they came back out to fix it.
