I have friends who purchased their home less than a year ago. Excellent construction, Great design, Good lighting, Very affordable electric bills and energy efficiency. They couldn't be happier with their new Fox home.

While the materials are pretty high quality (granite countertops, etc.), the workmanship was horrible. If we hadn't committed to the house already, we would have backed out. Almost all of the cabinet doors need to be adjusted because they weren't hung properly. We are still missing a screen for one of our windows, the siding is cracking in places and pulling away from the house, the landscaping wasn't great, and parts of the eaves on our roof out back didn't even come together like they were supposed to. When we addressed these concerns during the buying process, they caulked almost everything. Caulked places in the siding, caulked the eaves so it looks like they meet, calked an area between door frames because the frames were crooked, etc. It has been ridiculous.

It was alright. The model homes look nice. However, the main lady for the Weber development is very hard to get in touch with. When we finally did get in touch with her, she showed us some available homes and some lots. She kept pushing the corner lots which come with a hufty price tag. When we told her we don't a want a corner lot she continued to push us in that directions. While we were driving around the neighborhood a few days later there were new non corner lots available so again it took us forever to get in touch with her to did isd those options. After reviewing everything we decided to buy a older home.

Fox Home Builders were really good, it was really very good. They worked with us and walked us through everything and talked to us about everything and all that. When we had a home inspection done, they were on top of it, everything was fixed and done just the way we wanted it. I mean, they’ve been really good with the work so far.
