Metal wire broke rendering the garage inoperative. We only had to wait one night for them to come visit. They only repaired what was necessary and did not try to upsell any other products. They came highly recommended by friends and now we know why.

Very prompt and professional service. They came out (on time) to assess my door. When they noted the type of spring my door needed, they said they have it at their shop and will return later to fix my door. They returned later in the day, fixed my door in about 45 minutes, and were on their way. I was pleased to notice my door was quieter because they also lubricated all of the moving parts.

I had called another company but they were going to charge $95.00 for the first hour of work, $26.00 for every 15 minutes after the first hour and could not come out for 3 more days. I joined Angie's list because I felt uncomfortable and wanted a recommendation. Flores and Sons Overhead Door was listed as an and quot;A and quot; company and they lived up to the recommendation. They came out the same day and the charge was $60.00 I called the other company and cancelled the appointment.

It was my boyfriend's birthday, and we were headed out for a nice breakfast, and to do shopping. After opening my garage door, I could see that it was lop-sided, and two wheels had come off. The door could not go up nor down, and we could not go anywhere leaving the garage wide open. I looked on Angies List and found Flores and Sons Overhead Door Repair. This company had top rating, so I gave them a call. They were here within an hour, and enabled the door to close. They wanted to replace a support, and came and did this work the next day. Prompt, fair priced, professional, and the job was done quickly. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with this company, and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were able to come out 2 hours after I initially called them. They were on-time, professional, and quickly diagnosed and adjusted my garage door so that it opens and closes smoothly. The garage door previously required quite a bit of effort to open and close, rubbed against the garage door frame, was very jerky when moving, and sounded terrible. After about 30 minutes of work, they were able to get it operating smoothy again. They even looked over all components of the garage door system and replaced a few bolts and screws. Great experience.

My wife got ready to leave for work early in the morning, as usual. When she got ready to open the garage door to pull her car out of the garage to leave, the door would not open. We discovered that the springs had broken and the door would not even manually open. Even though she was FURIOUS, fortuneately, my car was parked in our driveway outside of the garage, so she was still able to go to work, just running late. Because I'm a DAV and unable to work, I was able to get the problem resolved during the day. The Company that we had used over the years never called back, so I used Angie's List to research a new company. I placed a call and talked to a polite man who informed me that he would contact Mr. Flores and I should expect a return call shortly. I got a return call within minutes. Mr. Flores told me that he was just finishing a job and would then head on over to my house. He did as he said, fixed our problem for a reasonable price (including parts), and left. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We socialized while he did the repairs. I paid him, thanked him, and I even gave him a tip, which I felt that he more than deserved. If need be, I will most certainly use his company again!

Excellent. Same day service. Very professional and courteous. Same day I called mr Flores came out and measured springs. He told us he would be back at 1pm to install them and was at our house promptly at 1pm. He was quick and very neat. My garage door hasn't worked this well in years!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Flores. I was surprised he made a house call on Christmas Eve. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and finished the job pronto.

Very good experience. I called and someone took my name and number. Within an hour I was contacted and was told they would be out that afternoon. They arrived as they said they would - even calling beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They got busy and took care of the issue immediately.

I would totally recommend these guys. They have a lot of knowledge and experience and do thing right.

Very well. In fact, when I called them back for a different garage door problem about a week after their initial repair, they didn't even charge me! They were very friendly, punctual and had very good prices. Most effective!

Ultimately I gave up chasing them for the phone call and chose another provider - who completed my job the same day I called for the estimate.

Everything went very good. They called me back. The guys that had done it before never called back. They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job.

He might have been busy but he could have asked to make an appointment to come by and look at it another day. I felt like he was just dismissing me and didn't want the work.

It went very well. They were very professional - very friendly. Entered the garage and moved anything in their way - set up their own fan (it was VERY hot) - went straight to work and finished quickly. It couldn't have gone any better.

The cable on my garage door broke and after calling the office, someone called me back immediately. He came and repaired the door that afternoon for a very reasonable price.

The guy whom I would normally call for garage door services moved out of state so I looked in the Corpus Christi Yellow Pages under garage doors and chanced upon Mr. Flores' company. Since he was a local contractor who was in business in the area for many years, I decided to call him because I figured he must be doing something right if he has been in business for such a long time. I called his office and his staff person who answered was polite and told me that he was in the field on a job but that she would give him my message and he would call me back as soon as possible. If memory serves, I think he called me back later in the day and we set up an appointment to come out on 5/2/2011. He and his assistant came out exactly on time and ready to go. He quickly assessed what needed to be repaired, had the parts with him, shot me a very fair price, and I told him to just go ahead and fix it. He and his assistant quietly went about their work and made the required repairs in great time. Mr. Flores and his assistant were professional and genuinely friendly folks who really knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. He wrote up his invoice and I then paid him by check. I most definitely would call Mr. Flores again if I needed garage door services again in the future.

The 2 repairmen were prompt to arrive and quick to complete the repair.
