Description of Work: Our garage door was not closing evenly and would jerk violently sometimes. Upon |inspection it was discovered that the rollers were the residential type and needed to be replaced because of wear and also because our door requires the commercial kind. It was also discovered that the hinges had not been properly attached to the door, which caused one to bend. After discussing the work to be performed and its price, the repairs were made in a very timely manner. For the most part he cleaned up after himself. He also placed a sticker, which he did not ask permission for, on our wall. Not a big deal to me, but foe those that prefer clean walls, let this serve as your warning. |One thing that he did which I found a little annoying, was that he did not call ahead of time to let us know that he was on his way. We were out running errands, came home to retrieve something and were getting ready to leave again, when he arrived. |Mr. Flores was fair in his pricing and knew right away what needed to be done. I would recommend him to others and if the need should arise, use his services again.

Description of Work: Replaced broken sprocket in garage door opener. Mr. Flores convinced me he knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem. He took measurements to replace the spring for the garage door that he said was too small. He was going to get back to me with a price and date for replacement, but I have not heard from him (Aug. 25, 2014). Also, he did not give me a receipt; I telephoned with that concern, but have not heard from him or his company again. My garage door is opening and closing again; Mr. Flores was very professional; and quickly got the job done, so I am basically happy. I marked him down on punctuality because two hours after he told me he expected to be there, I telephoned. They explained their reason, and came punctually on the second promise.

Description of Work: Garage door opener was not working properly and door was getting stuck. They came out when called and promptly and efficiently completed the repair in less than 1 hour for $60.. I highly recommend them for any garage door work. their work was done at a very reasonable price and will definitely use them again. Other companies wanted $85 dollars just to show up and then there would be other charges for repairs. I live in Calallen area and Sears would not come because it was "too far". It is a Sears door opening unit but they refused to come out even though their contractor installed it.. The unit is about 10 years old. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: My garage door opener stopped working on a Friday. I didn't have a day off until the following Wednesday. I called them and Mr. Flores came over within minutes and told me I needed to replace my garage door opener. No charge for the diagnosis. He told me if I got a replacement opener he could replace it in a day or two and would be $96.00. I went to Home Depot that afternoon and bought a new opener. Thought I would have them install it seeing as I was there. They use a contractor and I didn't here from them until Thursday that they wouldn't be able to do the install untill the following Friday. That was going to be too long. I called Mr. Flores and he said he would be out between noon and one on Friday. They showed up at a quarter till noon. He and his brother started work efficiently and expeditiously, They took down my old opener, installed the new one, and hauled off the old unit for recycling. I think they were done in about an hour and a half. I would use them again if necessary and definitely recommend them to anyone.
