Russ was the technician who provided us with excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail of what he was doing and what to expect. This house was purchaed 5 months earlier with a terminte inspection. After repairs and to close on the house another termite inspection was required. Elite at first reccommended a tenting of the house. We just did the inside and outside of this house and did not see evidence of termite damage. To close on the house, as a result, a Dry-Wood termite limited treatment was performed but only for 10 linear ft. at a cost of $729.09 When I asked for a explanation of the cost for 10 ft, I did not get an answer other than that was the cost, even after going to their office. The technician that did the work did not contact me at the office request after i had called more then once. My suggestion is to ask for pricing and compare with other providers. I don't know if this is extreme but seem to be for 10 ft treatmment. If I received a fair price, then so be it, but I did not get a good explanation for spending $729.09

I use their service 4 times a year for maintence, and they're always on time, very professional, and do a good job. I would totally recommend them to anyone who asks about an exterminating service. We've used them for about 5 years now, with no issues. Some of the guys are more thorough than others, but they get the job done.

I've used Elite Exterminating twice now. The first inspection was on 06/07/12 prior to purchasing a house. Report was short and comprehensive, fully explained where and what damage was found. Inspector was prompt and courteous. The deal on the first house didn't go through. Inspection on 2nd house is actually still under way. It was scheduled for 06/21/12, but due to rain the night before and that morning, only the interior of the home could be inspected. The inspector contacted my real estate agent and rescheduled the outside inspection still within my 10 day inspection window.
