Description of Work: Clean a few rooms and clean my air ducts

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in dining, living room & hall. Special was $99.00 for 3 rooms. Although I would not consider a small hallway that is approximately 6 foot long a room, I was charged for 3 rooms & that's why the B rating for price. The technician was prompt & friendly. He was able to get spots out we have been unable to get out with rental shampooers as well as pet smells. Our carpet was pretty wet & took over a day to dry completely with fans. I'm guessing because they deep clean down to the padding. All in all I was happy with their service & would recommend them & use them again.

Description of Work: Used Bait and Switch. "Cleaned" my carpet but it was left filthy/incomplete. Manager pretended to send someone back to do the work but same technician was sent out who aggressively demanded explanation before doing the job, then left within two minutes without doing any work. Headquarters would not allow me to file a complaint: promised to give me a call to finalize the matter and never did. Headquarters excused the bait and switch tactic of the technician under the guise that the technician "talks fast". After all forms of communication were exhausted I called the credit card company to remove the charges as I was left with an unclean carpet. Manager rebutted with a nasty unprofessional letter accusing me of trying to get my carpet cleaned free of charge. Still needing the job done, I called Majestic Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpet. No magnolia tree oil advertised by Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning can beat the customer service and honest work offered and followed through by Majestic.
