Description of Work: The problem required some time to locate. He informed me the warranty was still in effect, so I did not have to purchase parts. I did have to pay for the very expensive gas and his time.

+ -1 moreWe have used Dick Brown Co for our general HVAC maintenance at our home and residences our Church manages. During a visit to replace an electrical component on our home HVAC, Roland indicated we had a problem with one of the HVAC coils that could wait until off-season. Dick Brown Co remembered that issue, ran tests on our unit confirming replacement was required and installed our new system during a less expensive off-peak time. The crew was at our residence when scheduled and had the installation completed in the one day estimated. Roland spent the time we needed to learn our new programmable thermostat. Roland also checked with us later to see that we were using the thermostat and we did not have problems with the programing. Roland and Larry at Dick Brown Co are the HVAC Specialists we will depend the next time we have air conditioning needs.
