Description of Work: Built a fence and did some painting. Fence boards were installed crooked. The pickets were installed with small nails that just pop out. Fence is already leaning in areas. I did not feel the owner was being honest with us over changes we were making. We were going to do some other projects with him, but after several incidents, we quit dealing with him. If you do work with him, make all changes in writing, no matter how minor. His workers also left the gate open and my schnauzer disappeared.

Description of Work: They replaced my privacy fence and a section of Formica in my kitchen. Getting all of the people there to do the work seemed to be okay. The main problem was that they were lacking materials that had to rushed out an bought during the job.

 + 0 moreThe work went well and was completed in several days. The fence and counter top both came out excellent. My only comments on the work were: There was a different workmen from day to day. There was an argument between the supervisor and one of the carpenters on the site in front of the customer. I didn't know when they were going to come and do the work. But since I'm retired, this was not much of a problem. The gate latch mechanism was installed backwards. The clean up was excellent and the work site looked great.
Description of Work: Replace a burned section of counter top Formica. Replace 3/4 of the existing property fence.
