Creations N Concrete is a locally owned company. Mr. Swann has been a resident of Corpus Christi since 1987. He brings experience of renovating old homes and apartment buildings in Dallas Tx. and knows the Corpus market very well. Mr. Swann knows from experience by just doing a simple renovation or renovations , the rewards are tremendous in resale value. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. He came out and looked at the project, then tried to overprice it until I told him I wouldn't pay that much. He then brought the price down. He sent two guys out that did a horrible job leaving paint splatter on the walls, the had pressure washed the concrete and left streaks in it, then hey had foot prints all over the punted area. I told him this was unacceptable, then we argued about it and he agreed to work on it. They removed the foot prints and most of the pressure washing streaks. There's still paint splatter and they never came back to finish. I already paid him 2200. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Clean up existing concrete and colors math the concrete that was just poured beside it.

I sent the customer pictures of semi completed work . We always prefer an approval before the final stage is done , typically sealing. We were told when he returned from being out of town he would walk the project and get back with us . That was over 3 months ago . This is the first time we have heard back . The date of this review ironically coincides with an electronic request for our W-9 info. In other words give us what we want ,, or else .

Description of Work: Dale poured a 830 square foot stamped concrete (flagstone) patio, and stained it. It looks fantastic.
