It didn't. I called for an appointment, which they couldn't schedule for two weeks. I was okay with that because I was trying to stay local. The day of my appointment, I saw the pest guy drive up to my house. I was cleaning up a bit and was waiting for him to come to the door before I opened it, and I realized it was taking a while. So, I looked out, and he was driving off! I opened the door to see what was up, and there was a note on my doorstep saying to reschedule because I "wasn't home." My doorbell doesn't work, which is probably why he thought I wasn't home, but he didn't even knock. I was in the living room picking up. I would have noticed a knock. So, I called the company and let the receptionist know, and she said she would call the pest guy to come back. I waited a few hours; no one came. I had another appointment that day, so I called back and got the office voicemail and asked if they could call me back so I could reschedule, and no one ever contacted me. So - I called Terminex.

Prompt on time service. Very professional and knowledgeable, will be using in the future and would highly recommend.

We have had: fire, crazy, and wood ants. We have had: rattle, coral, coach and rat snakes. We have had: rats, moles, possums, roaches, ticks, termites - you name it and we have had showings. Bill always solves whatever popped up. Corpest treats us like our needs are important and a priority . Their prices are fair, their work ethic amazing. I know I can trust them in our home when we are not at home. We are on a quarterly contract and with Corpest as our provider we have not had any pest problems.

The technician actually showed up an hour early, after notifying his office, who asked if he could come early. Very friendly service and answered all the questions my wife had. Due to it raining, he only serviced the inside of the house, but did not charge us for this. He informed us his office would send us a postcard, in order to schedule the second half of the service call, which is serving the homes exterior. Then and only then would we be charged for the home visit. CorPest came recommended to me by a coworker and thus far we are happy with their initial work.

They have a lot of options. Their scheduling is very flexible. They have a consistent staff. The same person comes quarterly. I give them straight A's for everything.

If I have any additional issues, the guy comes out. I have had some rodent issues, so he had come out for that as well. He was very helpful. When I started using him, he was less than what I was paying before.
