+ -1 moreCliff continually exceeded our expectations through the process of buying our new home. He was knowledgeable about the area/market and proved instrumental in the negotiation process. The best part was that he always answered the phone - he was extremely responsive and just all around a genuine, trustworthy person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Realtor in the Corpus Christi area.
Description of Work: Cliff was our buyer's agent for a house we purchased on Padre Island.

+ -1 moreCliff was able to find many homes around the area we wanted to live that we didn't know of. He made sure we knew what to expect and that our experience was a positive one. In fact we were so pleased my Wife insisted her parents have Cliff help them with purchasing their new home as well.
Description of Work: My Wife and I knew the house we wanted, although we did buy the house of our original intent Cliff advised we have a look at a few houses within our parameters which was a good idea in retrospect.
