Description of Work: The realtors left my door open and caused a $400 air conditioning bill in one month. When I asked them to pay at least for part of it, they refused. A utilities serviceman telephoned me while I was on the road to California to tell me my door was wide open, and he closed it for me. I telephoned the realtors to let them know they had left the door open. Subsequent to this, at some point, it must have happened again as my bill shot up. It is very disappointing to find this realtor to be so money hungry that she could not behave ethically.

 + -1 moreDescription of Work: I found Cheri thru a listing she had an internet real estate site. We emailed her numerous times before our trip to Corpus to 'house hunt'. When we got there, she had a selection of properties for us to look at over a 3 day period (including revisits). None of these were her original listing. We found our 'dream house' and she made all the difference in how things went. She figured out what we wanted and helped us find it. She then organized a cleaning crew to go in after the owners left and clean it top to bottom so we could move in directly at a later date. She's still a friend to us!
