+ -1 moreIntial phone and emails were professional. But things went really bad. Agent Michelle Knight contacted me saying she had an interested party and would I send back the agreement. I had sent the document to her office 2 days prior. She sent a huffy email to say the contract was NON NEGOTIABLE and SHE REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS AT DOUBLE THE GOING RATE and to find another prop mgr. I viewed her response belligerent and arrogant to say the least. I have had rental properties for 35 years and it was the first time anyone has acted in such a " My way or the Highway" attitude, I would have listened to any justification for it taking 2 days to find my fax or why HER COMMISSION WAS 3 TIMES THE GOING RATE after I offered double the going rate. Obviously i won't be giving any of my other properties to Michelle Knight or any Century 21 Realty SalesProp Mgr person.
Description of Work: Michelle Knight followed up on leads I provided thru ad on Craigs list. on home I had for rent. She sent me property mangement agreement. C21 agent wanted 60% of first month rent plus 10% of monthly rentals, THREE TIMES THE GOING RATE. I had contacted Pacestter Prop management and others and the going rate was 20% of first month rent and 10% of monthly rental . I modified the document to 40% of first month rent and faxed document back.

Description of Work: I interviewed Century 21 Real Estate LLC to do property management for my house to put on the market. Michelle Knight was the realtor.

Description of Work: Michele Knight with Century 21 Real Estate LLC is my real estate agent. Three years ago I sold an airplane hanger and she handled the sale for me. My current house is up for sale and she is my agent.
