They were done before they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite, both the guy that came out and talked with me, and the men that put in our units. I have never been so cold in my home as I am now. It is really nice that my A/C doesn't run all the time like it did before. We had to keep the unit at 80 just so we could afford the electric bill, now not a problem. We keep it at 76 and all is well, and a quiet unit! All in all, very pleased with their work!

They were very good. I will continue to use them. They will even come out on weekends.

Very smoothly. No hitches. No downtime. All told, between my condo neighbor and my unit, CCAC's crews replaced six exterior and two interior units on the same day. Very professional work.

Despite having a long day, CCAC's technician Frank was a trooper and came out at 10:30pm to repair our A/C unit! He did so without complaint, with total professionalism, and was able to fix the broken part. He had it up and running in no time and thank goodness, he did. It was hotter in our house than it was outside in this Aug. heat, and because of him, we were able to sleep cool and comfortable and so far everything has been great. One thing to note, CCAC, was not the only company we called, but they were the only ones who bothered to answer the phone after hours and Frank got in touch with us pretty quickly after the initial call. None of the others ever bothered calling back. Wonderful service! Would highly recommend.

Effective maintenance -- satisfied!

Arrived on time. Discussed slow leak in system and agreed replacing coil could wait until temperatures and HVAC prices lowered.

They do good work and have quality technicians. I haven't had any problems with them.

The capacitor burned (Short out ) in a bout a month. AC stopped working.

Our Central Air Conditioning and Heating system went out last November, so we called to get an estimate on a full replacement. They were courteous, timely and very professional. We accepted the estimate on a Monday and the work was started on Tuesday and completed on Friday. This included new duct work, new registers in each room, outside and inside units, new thermostat, plus all connections. They were great about cleanup in my house. I would definately recommend them on any A/C work.

They are a local company. They are top-notch. They did everything they said they were going to do at a reasonable price. They did a very clean job. All of their service techs were top notch people.

They are outstanding. I've been with them for 14 years. They have $130 service and they come out twice a year. There is no overtime. They have already replaced a central unit for me. They are definitely a top flight air conditioning company. They have been good and they have had to replace a motor in the Trane and it was covered by the 10 year warranty.

It was a routine service call. I purchased A/C and heating unit from CCAC years ago and have always been pleased with their service.

Showed up on time, checked out my AC system, informed me of my options and emailed me a quote. Very satisfied.

I have a bi-annual service maintenance agreement with them. They do exception work. They are very responsive. They actually replaced my A/C unit with a Trane 4 or 5 years ago. They are the best. They are outstanding. I've had to call them a couple of times on holidays because of an old A/C unit. I had one issue with the Trane a couple of years ago and they came out.

Everything with them went really good, timely and very professionally. I did not have any complaints about them. Their price was good as I was not upset about it. I would use them again in the future.

Arrived on time with an adequate crew and did an excellent job from start to finish. Building a new foundation for the air handler unit, replacing a working but inadequate float switch from the old unit, and insuring that everything was working properly before they left, were a few examples of their attention to detail and professionalism. The total job from start to finish took about seven hours, including having to remove the folding ladder to the attic and then replacing it in order to allow passage of the air handler unit. All old parts were removed from the premises and the work area was clean when the crew left. I had three to four techs here at all times and the sales rep came by to see that I was satisfied with the job. All in all...I highly recommend CCAC for home A/C requirements.

Nothing special to report. Very friendly and helpful service people. The price for this service was competitive. Within a few dollars of other companies quotes for similar service. As always the people on site make a good referral or a bad one. The guys I had were super nice and explained everything they were doing.

They're very professional. I give them A grades for everything.

My A/C went out during an electrical outage. They came out and replaced a capacitor. This had been a problem before with another company. The other company always installed one that was not compatible with my A/C and blew abt once to twice a year. They installed a better one and one that is compatible with my A/C. And it runs quieter even! They were very nice and answered all my questions. I wondered why my A/C always blew and no one elses did..well now I know. I even have a 1 yr gty on the part and labor. Never had that before..so if blows again they will replace at no charge. The only issue was they could not come out on day called but came following day and on time. Got immediately to work and finished in less than 20 minutes.

We are now with them after going through several that messed up our air conditioning and furnace. I wouldn't use anybody but them. They are a little pricey but at least you get quality work. They have found problems that could have caused our house to burn down.

They are very good. We have our heating and air-conditioners always repaired by them and the maintenance done and they are always prompt, courteous and right there if you need them. They are a really good company to deal with. I think we spent right around a $150 because we had to buy the filters, but we can't remember how the filters cost a piece. We would tell others that they are who we would recommend for air-conditioning and heating.
