Description of Work: NONE, but there were supposed to be! Carlos came to my home last Saturday (4/20/13). We talked about the work I needed done--removal of a large tree, grinding down the stump and some yard work, such as thinning and cutting back bushes, etc. . He quoted a price, told me he could do it today (4/26/13), and assured me that he and his crew would be at my home ready to start at 8:00 AM. I stated my concern about promptness and responsiveness which seemed to be an issue from the Angie's List reviews. He said that he did not put his company listing on Angie's List, some customer had, and tha't he did not think the site was a fair assessment of someone's work. He again assured me that his workers would be at my home at 8 sharp, but he might arrive a little after that time. I took vacation time to be at my home today while the work was done. It is 1:45 PM, and no one has shown up. I have called him multiple times to find out what happened; he has not returned a call yet! I cannot imagine why anyone would give Carlos Lawn Service anything but an F!!!!!

 + -1 moreI contacted Carlos Lawn Service to look at our residence and give us information as well as a bid for lawn care services. The individual that I spoke to assured me that he would contact us on the following Sunday to arrange for an appointment time as well as directions to our residence. The individual did not call at the agreed upon date nor has he ever called us since that time.
Description of Work: I have not used this business as of 04/23/2012.

 + -1 moreWe have had him for probably eight years now. He does yards and trees, and he does landscaping. His wife also does housecleaning and she cleans for businesses, but I have never had her because I never needed it. He is so dependable that we hardly have to call him except when it is raining. He is very prompt, and he cleans up. The lawn always looks great. The pricing is excellent since we have a big yard and it is all uphill.
Description of Work: We use Carlos Lawn Service for lawn and yard work.
